Pounce Cat Cafe

My wife and I were rejected from adopting a cat at Pounce Cat Café for no stated reason, in a hostile, unprofessional, irrational and in our opinion, prejudicial, manner by the co-owner *** after we completed the adoption paperwork for "***," an eight-month old cat. We enjoyed playing with *** on Tuesday (February 4th and returned on Wednesday to adopt ***. The clerk completed the pre-adoption forms and we agreed to the fees as well as boarding fees until Saturday at which time we requested an early pickup as we were returning home. (Our rental did not allow for pets.) The clerk contacted Ms. to ascertain whether the early Saturday pickup was possible. When Ms. arrive, she was clearly angry and refused to allow the adoption with no explanation. When I asked if there was anything that I could do or say, she said "Absolutely not!" Realizing that we were no longer welcome at Pounce, we departed.
While we enjoyed Savannah greatly, this one experience soured our entire vacation and our overall experience of Savannah.
