If I could give them negative stars, I would. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I bought a dining table from a furniture store that was made by them. After only 5 months of having it, the paint starting chipping off of the edges. When my furniture store wrote to them getting them to adhere to their warranty, they simply responded that it was because of "rubbing", and the warranty could not be honored. I then called their customer service, because we did NOT "rub" the edges of the table. The ONLY things we did with that table were eat on it and wipe it down. So unless this DINING table is not meant to be eaten on or cleaned, then there is no reason why the paint should chip off after such little time. Rosette, the customer service rep, was not helpful at all and told me the ONLY thing I could do was have my furniture company DRIVE to their warehouse and talk to the parts department. Wow, those are quite some hoops to have to jump through! I then asked to speak to her supervisor but was told she was "busy" and would call me back later that day ( I got her name - Elizabeth). I was not surprised that no one called me back that day, and so I called them the next day and spoke to a different rep. This rep (I did not catch her name) told me that most likely Elizabeth did not call me back because Poundex does not directly deal with buyers, just the distributors. I told her that I TRIED to go through the distributor, but Poundex had told them that it would not honor the warranty because it was considered normal wear and tear. I argued that I did not agree with that conclusion. Then, she told me she couldn't help me and hung up on me.

In May 2020, I purchased a Poundex sectional through Amazon.com and it was delivered during the COVID-19 shutdown in Colorado. I was unable to assemble the sectional on my own due to the shutdown. In early June 2020, after Colorado shutdown was lifted, the sectional was successfully assembled with help of friends. However, one couch arm was noticeably wobbly and squeaky, with just normal pressure applied when any person was seated in that area of the couch. The other arm is strong and has no problems. The wobbly arm eventually snapped off when I leaned against it while seated, in mid-June.

There is a one-year warranty included with the purchase of this sectional. Contact information for the warranty company was provided with the packaging and I immediately called the warranty company to address the broken arm. A representative informed me that the warranty was voided since I purchased the sectional through Amazon.com. I called Amazon.com and was told that the company could not assist me since it was beyond a 30-day return period, and Amazon directed me to Poundex. I have emailed and called Poundex at the contact information listed on their website, but I have received no response from either method. I messaged Poundex on Facebook Messenger, and I still have received no response.

The sectional has a defect that became clear after only minimal use of the couch. I would like a refund or replacement so that I have a functional couch in my living space.

Bought a sofa from this business. The legs and arms on my sofa broke in the matter of one week. We asked for a refund and can't get ahold of any one.
Me and my wife was searching online for furniture and we found Poundex and decided to try it out. When the guy *** and *** dropped the couches off he told us we had 90 day to get a refund. These couches are not worth it. the wood they use in the couches break easily. We told *** to come replace the couch because one of the legs would not attach to the couch. He took it back returned to us the same couch. one day a guest at my home sat down on the couch and it broke. Sep 21, 2019 is the day the Sofa broke, and Sep. 10, 2019 was the day the guy *** dropped off the sofa to my house and his phone number is***. The amount Paid to *** was *** and we have been calling *** for weeks and Poundex to come and pick up the couch and receive our refund that was promised to us if we didn't like the couches. I believe they are trying to wait our 90 day period out so they don't have to give us our refund. *** has text us back but now he's saying they just want to replace it without getting our money back.

What me and my wife seek is for this company/business *** and *** to give us our refund of $400 like they promised in the 90 days.

I accidentally ordered a king bed frame when what I have is a queen bed. I contacted sears and sent esoftastore an email. they have a 30 refund/exchange policy so I wanted to make sure I contacted them before the 30 days are over. The bed frame was delivered feb 2 2019 but we only opened the boxes this weekend and discovered the mistake. I have called sears and esofastore to try to change the king frame for a queen frame but to no avail.

Exchange I want to exchange the kind frame for a queen frame; the factory is local so it should not be a problem. I am not asking for a refund or deduction of cost.

Defective with no Return or full replacement Option
Couch was ordered from AMB Furniture order *** on 6/11/18. Delivery cost $248 and was delayed 5 days due to mechanical truck issues & noone could give me update on delivery. I received on 7/2/18 with many major defects and false advertisement. Couch is NOT leather. It is suede/microfiber. I just got rid of my perfectly fine $1000 microfiber couch because of my cats hair. I need Leather (not clingy). Couch came with snags, discoloration spots, a rip, lopsided, 2 headrest issues. I notified the Retailer on 7/3/18 and 7/5/18 of issues. Retailer says I would have to pay to ship back for warranty or return. This seems to be a scam. I have disputed with my credit card co but could take 60 days. I sill have boxes for couch and since bought a non defective couch. I do not have space to store this defective couch. Manufacturer will not talk to me, only retailer

Retailer pays for return delivery and I get full refund.

Do not buy their furniture. I had their sofa 50 days, and it fell apart. The store wants $80 to pick it up and repair it. A sofa that lasts less than two months?! Are you kidding me!
