Response:

We were hired to provide a architectural/structural design to add larger windows to capture a view of San Diego harbor. We met the client at the site to take measurements and he provided us with one page of the original blueprints of the house. We completed our design in a timely manner and construction was completed shortly thereafter. A few weeks later we were contacted by email and asked to return the plans the next time we were in the neighborhood. We never were there and the plans did not get returned. I offered to make them available for his pickup at my office at anytime. We were contacted by email a few months later on a Saturday night that demanded their return. The plans were returned by mail that Monday.

Apparently, the same night we were contacted by email, the Revdex.com was contacted as well. Perhaps a phone call would have been adequate to assure their timely return. Or perhaps he had too much to drink.

Response was complete lie. [redacted] refused to return my original plans until I brought pressure through a 3d party. I asked him to mail them, which he refused. I resent the snide remark about drinking since I don't drink. Rest assured I will never use or recommend [redacted] again. As one of [redacted]' s former bosses said, "You're not the first customer [redacted] has alienated. "
