These people are worse than CA DOJCA law states that the DOJ are only allowed to put your firearm on hold for daysIf they fail to make a determination within that days, it is at the sole discretion of the dealer to release it to the buyerIt has been over days, PWG says that per policy the DOJ has to approve itCurrently I am "Undetermined", other dealers I have bought from would have released it to me by nowPWG is in fact worse than CA DOJ since they are the ones impeding on my rights as an American citizenOnce I sort this out, I will make it my campaign to let people understand this PWG "policy" since it was not communicated to me at the time of purchaseI have never been disappointed in any firearms dealerTHIS IS A FIRST!!!

My encounter with the staff at Poway Weapons and Gear was very unpleasant. They are prone to manipulative sales tactics and their demeanor while approaching a customer is aggressive and forceful to say the least. My guess is that they are a young company with a low level of competency when it comes to customer service. Purely based on poor customer service skills alone, I would give this particular range the lowest score possible.
