I had upper and lower dentures made by Aspen Dental. The first set was so poorly fitting that they were beyond salvage and had to be discarded. The second set was no better than the first and also were so poorly fitting that they could not be used or salvaged. I first went to Aspen about a month before I had to return to Canada. That is ample time to fabricate dentures as it should not take more than about two weeks. By the time the second set was fabricated and many attempts were made to make them fit the time ran out and I did not have time left for the third set. Upon returning to Canada I had the third set made here in Calgary with no problems. The Denturist in Calgary confirmed that the ones made by Aspen could not be salvaged and composed a letter explaining to Aspen what the problems were and why they could not be salvaged. I returned the dentures to Aspen requesting a refund as they "Guarantee satisfaction or money refunded". They refused the refund because I w

I came to Aspen Dental in March to have teeth pulled and dentures made, as part of a package they were offeringThe package was prepaid and teeth were removedThe oral surgeon was not a staff doctor, but a fly by night doctorThe first, temp dentures that were made never fitI was always having issues with them fittingThey also did some cleanings and crownsHowever, when I tried to schedule this work, after the oral surgery, I kept being told they would call me to set it upAfter months, and me coming in constantly with pains from the dentures, the decided to do the cleanings and the crownsThe crown molds were LOST in shipping to a lab back east, and I was not toldJust a cancelled appointment I didn't know about until I called to verify the appointmentI was told if the work wasn't completed in months, the cost for the services would go up, and they would try to charge me in excess of our agreementI still have issues with the final dentures, but have been unsu
