The customer is required to sign a Buyers Guide that explains and also has a list of major defects that may occur in used vehiclesPowell Motors, Llc goes one step forward than the required State Policy and has the consumer/buyer sign also on the Bill of Sale, the first page of the buyers guide, and also a - SOLD WITHOUT WARRANTY documentPowell Motors, Llc has the buyer sign not just once, but four times which explains to them that they are buying without a warranty on the vehiclePowell Motors, Llc business model is to provide a good product at a wholesale priceWe do not and cannot for see every problem that may occur down the road after the vehicle has left the lotThis customer told the salesman that, "He has owned Toyota Tacoma's in the past"In knowing this, the consumer would most likely know what to look for and have familiarity in the truck he was purchasing. Powell Motors, Llc is more than happy to take the vehicle in on traat fair trade in value towards a purchase of another Powell Motors vehicle. The consumer/buyer will always have the opportunity to take the vehicle to a local mechanic to have looked over for any defects before purchase.
