In response to this complaint, we have called and got no answer, so we left a message. We have also sent her an email stating that her project is still under warranty and asked what we could do to correct this situation. Customer has not responded. We would like to work with her to get this issue...

John wrote this complaint the same day that the office manager was going to call him with a date and time for the follow up meeting. After reading the complaint, the owner was contacted and agreed to refund Mr. [redacted] the $300. This has been done. What customers have to understand at the start of...

construction season is that they are not the only customers and it takes time to coordinate all the moving parts to a clients project. This project included needing a structural analysis from the architect as well as getting a landscape plan.  We are sadden by the outcome of this situation. Progress was being made on the project he asked for. Please consider this case closed.

October 15-17, 2013 - Powell crew, including Owner, commence with detail work for resolution of all post completion concerns as understood by customer communications with Owner.
 
October 2013 (Following Week) - Customers and Owner have conference and customers add areas of project to
address. Owner agrees to resolve and sets up additional labor time for work not detailed in any contract, at no additional cost, which was done in October.
 
November 2013 - Customers add shutters and painting of front door. work not on contract and was completed with no additional charges per Owner.
 
December 2013 - Customers express not happy with project. Owner agrees to pay for Independent inspector to review project.
 
January 15, 2014 - Customers, inspector and Owner meet at home.
  
January/February 2014 - Powell completes all desired and documented work from Customers, inspector and Owner.
 
April 1, 2014 - Customers and Owner meet. Customers sign off on final work order and Customers pay balance

June/July 2014 - Customers communicate with Owner that they have damaged/split siding, a loose faucet. leaking gutters and areas they want further detailed. Another company came in after Powell and worked on the gutters. Owner scheduled, had repaired and detailed.
 
August/September 2014 - Customer brings in new companies and presents new dissatisfactions. Owner, after resolving all customers concerns, documenting and completing all agreed work, Owner puts General Manager in charge of service as a statement of goodwill. Customer rejects General Manager's ideas.
 
As documented, numerous resolutions were offered and completed, company made several concessions. Multiple completions of work and resolutions are signed by customer. All agreements have been completed.
 
Unfortunately, the project was not perfection, but we went above and beyond to ensure reasonableness in terms of workmanship.
