[redacted] called our office on February 16, 2016 wanting to set up a payment arrangement on this account.  She claims to have tried to make an online payment but was having issues so she was going to just mail us a check.   We never received any payment and our client has never...

reported any payment on this account.   Additional follow phone calls were made since no payment was shown as received.  This complaint is the first we have heard of any possible payment on this account.We have placed the account on a hold status so no additional phone and/or mail contacts will occur.  We will be contacting our client to verify if payment has been received.

This complaint is regarding personal taxes for both [redacted] and her spouse [redacted] which have been sent to be paid by wage garnishment through [redacted]'s employer.   Both [redacted] and [redacted] owed multiple years taxes and the amounts due for each year are the same amounts for some of the years and the...

account numbers are similar, usually 1 digit different.  [redacted]'s taxes have been paid through wage garnishment which is referenced as the paperwork from July 2015. Her wages were garnished and we currently show the tax years with our office (2011-2014) paid in full.[redacted]'s taxes are currently being garnished through [redacted]'s employer, this is the garnishment being referenced August 2016 (years 2002-2006, 2011-2014).  We still show 2 years of taxes open and still being wage garnished with the last payment receivedfrom the employer on 2/10/17.We do show [redacted] called and left a message to return her call leaving her work phone number and we did attempt to return her phone call but the number left just rings and did not answer.If she still has any questions please have [redacted] contact our office and ask for a supervisor who will go over all the years taxes and amounts and what is paid and still currently due.

In response to Mr [redacted]'s complaint, we notified him on the telephone in November 2016 we needed some type of residency proof to forward to our client for them to exonorate him as a non resident for each tax year.   We received  a copy of his 2015 tax return on 12/16/16 and...

forwarded to our client.   This tax return only will provide proof of the 2015 taxes and  no proof was provided to exonorate  the 2014 taxes.   Since we only received the proof on 12/16/16 the electronic credit bureau update files were only generated at the end of December so they would not show up so we will also submit manual credit bureau removals for both years online today.   We will continue to work with Mr [redacted] to receive the proof for the 2014 taxes.

Attached is a report of the tax years, account #, tax amounts and list of payments applied to each year along with the current balance we show as of today.  The paid date is the date we received the monies from the employer.   We currently show the balance on the taxes due as $419.92, [redacted] 2002, 2003 and small balance on 2004.  This does not include any employer bookkeeping fee which was listed on the wage garnishment notice.   When the wage garnishment notice was printed on August 23, 2016 it picked up the 2013 and 2014 which were sent on the prior notice but with the outstanding balance as of that date which is why the 2014 reflects 12.58 and the 2013 as the full 232.00.

Regards, I claimed responsibility for the 2014 taxes and will be looking for a tax bill. I did state this on the information that was sent.

In response to [redacted]'s dispute, we sent initial letter regarding this matter which is a medical bill from 2012.  The balance we show is $131 not $151.   [redacted] did contact our office on March 25, 2016 and our collector did go over the details of the bill but she was...

demanding we remove it from her credit reports.   Since this bill is a 4 years old medical bill, we are going to remove this from her credit file and mark and close  the account as a dispute in our system.   We will submit the credit bureau removal documents today so it should be removed from her files within the next 10 days.

Although I would like a letter from the collection agency stating they will no longer contact me in any manner regarding this and that they will not and/or have not reported this to any credit bureaus (once they have confirmed [redacted] has received payment).I would like to note that [redacted] assured me on two occasions that the bill was removed from the collection agency, but I still continued to receive harassing phone calls. I have read other complaints relating to this collection agency which led me to believe that even if they were aware payment had been made, I would still continue to be harassed for the payment. For these reasons, I contacted Revdex.com. Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:
 Your response makes no sense, I clearly showed that the 2013 tax debt was paid in 2015, as per your own paperwork, and I have all my pay stubs to prove it as well. So until you explain to me why it is on the second one, and I'M BEING CHARGED A SECOND TIME, I will not close the dispute. It was ALL READY PAID ON THE FIRST GARNISHMENT! You typing up a generic form on Microsoft doesn't mean anything to me. The account numbers are the same, the amounts are the same, the year is the same, and it was all ready paid!
