Review: I bought a car from this dealership Power Auto Oxnard, in February of 2013. They told me it was a salvaged car. That it was vandalized. I have had issues with the dealer time after time being told of inspections and problems. I am still driving with dealer plates. DMV says car is not registered to me and that registration has not been processed. Yet I have not only put down a large down payment and have already paid at least 8 car payments of $350.00 a month. I am being told that they are working on getting my tags and that the car must pass some type of inspection. I am complaining that I need my registration tags. I don't want to get pulled over for not having my registration this long. I feel that the dealer is not being truthful or upfront. I could have gotten a better car and not have to worry about these types of issues. I should just enjoy having my first car. I don't believe this is how a car purchase should be. Im 20 and feel taken advantage of by this Auto Dealership. Made a bad choice here.. We have been told since early May I would receive registration tags. This is my main complaint. They may have sold me a car but I could do without the waiting and worrying. It should be done with. I had to take the car back several times for service issues. If I don't follow up nothing happens.. frustrated and getting very aggravated. I drive long distances to work and I need this to be taken care of already. I don't if its because of the salvaged situation but then maybe they should have never sold me this car if they knew there were these types of problems in the long run. If I were told it would take now 8 months for tags I would have kept my money and looked elsewhere....Desired Settlement: I say refund because I would like to purchase a vehicle with no registration problems. I could take my money elsewhere and be happy with that. I don't know the legal side of things if im stuck in this mess. If they cannot refund my money, then why cant the give me a vehichle of same value that can be registered in a timely manner. Any person would want to just be done with this situation. When you buy something. You should be able to enjoy it immediately. Its yours.

Review: I went to power auto looking for a good car and traded in my car that was in good shape.I got a 08 Dodge Charger from power auto and I liked it ran ok and looked good brought it home the next day.about a week in with having the car it starts to have a ruff shifting and jerking and jumping issue when you drive it and when it's slowing down.so I called [redacted] The manager and told him the problem he said to bring it in then so I did. His mechanic told him nothing's wrong with it that it runs fine and [redacted] told me that it's ok and they can't do nothing to the car "unless the check engine light was on" and he also said "to use better gas in my car" but I'm still feeling these problems cause he did not want to fix the problem with the first 30 days of having the car.on another event he cursed at my fianc saying to "stop Fuking with him" there's nothing wrong with the car and that we didn't know anything or what we were talking about.but then I asked him again about looking at the car and now he tried saying what about the car I traded in it has a bunch of problems so when I fix my car I traded in he'll fix my car I bought but there was nothing really wrong with my car he kept making stuff up like the throttle body and the lights did not work everything was working fine when I traded it in he should have test drove it first and checked it out but he didn't. My point is this man does business horrible and doesn't care about his customers after they bought the car he swears at people and treats them like crap and doesn't care now I u satisfied with my car and don't even want it anymore I don't want to do business with him anymore please help.I even try traded it in to dodge and it would be too much money to do that cause I still owe on the car but I don't want it any more especially if you have to deal with [redacted] I don't understand how this guy has been in car business this long when he treats customers like this the customer is always right and he's saying I'm wrong and swears at me and my fiancDesired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money that I've put down for this car and car payment I've made for this car and give back the car without credit issues and also give my car back that I trade.he's not gonna fix my car if he was he would have olready done it and not called me wrong.if they wanna actually fix the car to my satisfaction I'll take that plus the car .but I would just want my money back so I could take it to put a down payment on another car from a better dealership I'll be satisfied then
