We have been in contact with Mr [redacted] from day one, never once ignoring him or not returning his phone callThere have been a few times we tried reaching out to Mr [redacted] with no answer or return call so we in turn have emailed himWe have never just not answered himWe have told him the cable was sent out because it wasNow we have sent another oneHe should have had them by nowMCOs are upon request for the dirt bikesAll customers are aware that the MCO can take a bit since it has to come from somewhere else to us then we have to set an appointment to get everything signed and notarized then they get sent out

This customer has received everything he asked for a while ago; the parts asked for/requested and his MCOThere is nothing more we can doHe has had everything for a few weeks nowThe goggles and gloves are "while supplies last" and by requestWe are out of the gloves and a pair of goggles were sent out but I can send another pair to make up for the out of stock gloves

This customer has received his units! Customer has agreed to remove complaint but I am still getting emails stating I need to respond

The company has only called me once and they didn't know they had to purchase the part before it was sent I have copies of the voice mail the rep leftI also have not received the title for the bike or the missing boltsSo only of items have been addressedIf the company was tra king my concerns as well as they seem, then they would know this from the recordsI can submit phone records showing my calls to them and only one call from them after I said I was filed a complaint with Revdex.comThe bike overall rides great now with the throttle cableBut my concern noe is the front fork bolt missing being a safety concern and the title for peace of mind

I respectfully request the business honor what they previously stated over the phone - exchange the bike including the shipping. The packaging damage was minimal and quite probable to be of no relevance - no scratches or dents on the bike itself. If the damage during shipping was severe enough to impact the operations of the equipment, you would most likely see physical damage. The assembly is less of issue than the fact the bike will not stay running - there is something mechanically faulty with the bike that it runs for a short time and then quits. The faulty mechanics was reported on day and should be covered under warranty - good business practices

Mr*** contacted Power Dirt Bikes stating that the wind blew his dirt bike over and he wanted the parts covered under warrantyMr *** was told that is not a warranty issue because it is not a factory defect, that he would be responsible for the repairs as stated under our warranty page
and also terms and conditionsHeather explained to Mr *** that it would be the same if you buy a new car and wreck it that the owner is responsible for the repairs not the dealership, that is an insurance issuePower Dirt Bikes ended up sending him many parts free of chargeWe currently have notified our attorney that charges $an hour to go after Mr *** for the cost of time, court cost and partsThe title to his dirt bike was sent out today, there was a delay in getting it from the manufacturer.Thank youDarin H***www.powerdirtbikes.com

was sent out because it was. Now we have sent another one. He should have had them by now. MCOs are upon request for the dirt bikes. We are in contact with [redacted] and his mother. The shipment should have been declined at the time of delivery. It don’t matter that his father wrote damaged on the slip, he still signed and accepted the shipment. That’s where the issue comes with the claim and it being denied. We have offered completely...

new replacement parts to prevent this long delay, customer declined, demands whole new bike. We want happy customers.it is supposed to be the customer’s responsibility at this point but the supplier is trying to help us so the customer don’t have to pay. Customer is more than welcome to follow our exchange policy and ship the unit back on their own but we have been working with them since the beginning. All units require assembly. We state it many times to our customers so they are well aware of it.So for the fuel line not being connected, that is a part of assembly. Customer was told to use a hose clamp, he said that he did later. There are shipment fees paid by somebody.Nothing actually ships for free.We said we would do what we can. It is also stated in our terms that for any returns or exchanges, customer is responsible for shipping the unit back plus a 30% restock fee, which we have been trying to avoid for them.Since the father accepted the shipment damaged and signed for it, the supplier was denied the claim. It is pricey and difficult to find a shipping company to pick up on a customer’s time schedule. I have tried telling the customer the company picks up on their own time but I keep being told a certain times for pick up and the supplier is trying. The supplier of this unit has been working with us to try to accommodate them and his needs of pick-up times as well as agreeing to send him a whole new bike at no cost to him, which they do not usually do. Why would we send an MCO to somebody to take possession of a bike they sending back? The only way they will receive MCO for the unit they have will be if they agree to keep the unit and accept the replacement parts.

Since day 1 of the issue, we have been in constant contact with [redacted]. Always either answered his calls, returned his calls, or answered his texts. We are in the works with the customer right now getting everything situated. This complaint should never have even happened if they had a little patience. The morning after this complaint, they have received the BOL and pick up of the bike is today. A new one will deliver on or after May 2nd per customer request.
