As Power Drive Hawaii Surfboard is unknown surf brand in Japan, I insisted that board deliver and storage-Umeda should receive my board the day before I would leave Hawaii, keep it until I would return Hawaii and deliver it the day I arrive at Hawaii every year- were conditions for contracting surfboard shapeAs he agreed my conditions, I and he made contract for shaping surfboardSince board deliver and storage conditions were consignment conditions accompanied purchasing contract, the conditions should be concluded with only approval without statementThat is ruled Civil ode line in JapanSo board delivery and storage conditions should be concluded. Mr. [redacted] visits Oahu once a year in November.On Nov. 15, 2011, he made a custom order of 8' 0" funboard with wooden-looking airbrushed design I gloss polished finish. He prepaid $400 for $850 retailing price. On Nov. 20, 2012, we delivered the...

funboard to his vacation rental room on McCully Street, Honolulu, and he paid the balance of $450 and also paid $50 for a leash code.1.  Between us and him, there is no written contract to deliver his funboard to him on his arrival day. We have been delivering his funboard to his vacation rental room as our courtesy. We believe both him and us need to setup special arrangement prior to his arrival in Honolulu. He seems not have intention to drive a rent-a-car in Hawaii. The vacation rental house seems not have large storage for their guests so it is not secure to deliver his board prior to his arrival.2. After he left to Japan, we stored his funboard in our storage for free of charge for the rest of years. We do not open surfboard bags unless the owner asked to do it.3.  When he noticed white scratches on his fun board, I explained that his surfboard leash string was too long so it scratched his funboard in the water. He told me he was willing to pay to fix them up to $60, but if it will cost more than $60 he was not sure to fix them.4.  I believe the surf shop in Kugenuma, Japan estimated their used surfboards purchasing price as $350.00 for selling on their shop- not the value of his funboard. They would add 400/o or 50% profit on their purchasing price and their selling price will be approximately $700.5.  As Internal Revenue Services, common surfboards have five years of useful lives and the values will decrease after purchasing date during five years. The value will reach $0.00 on the last day of the 5 year.
