Review: This company offered a Groupon through US Air Solutions for duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. When I called to inquire about the Groupon, I told the the lady answering the phone that I had a two story dryer vent on the outside, and asked would the voucher apply. She told me yes. I made an appointment and purchased the $49 Groupon. The company cancelled the first appointment for which I took off work for, and rescheduled for September 27th. When the guy showed up, he did not bring any equipment to clean my dryer vents. He was not given any instructions that it was a 2nd story dryer vent, and he proceeded to try and upsell me a $149 service to clean my dryer vents on a return visit.The Groupon, for one, does not have any restrictions, and the lady who answered my phone call when inquiring answered favorably that a 2nd story dryer vent would be covered.So, at the end of the day, I paid in advance for this $49 service and received next to nothing for this service, took a second day off of work because they cancelled on the first one last minute, and now have to pay additional money to have another company come clean my dryer vents.This company has fraudulent practices, and they should be held financially responsible for my loss because of their office staff's mistake.Had she informed me on the first service visit that second floor dryer vents are not included or had she told her technician he needed a ladder, none of this would be happening.I expect that they will be refunding my $49 that I purchased services, that were not provided.Desired Settlement: I expect that they will be refunding my $49 that I purchased services, that were not provided.
