Power Fuels Propane

I am furious regarding the pricing from Power Fuel I own a family house in Bristol, CT New tenants moved into my 3rd floor apartment, and needed fuel They called Power Fuel and they did come out to deliver this fuel Well! Unfortunately, the tenants expected the heat to start warming, but Power Fuel did not restart the furnace by bleeding it, so no heat flowing to this apartment My tenants called Power Fuel to come out to restart, then Power Fuel charged my tenants $(!!) for the use of a wrench and push of a buttonRidiculous Far, far over-priced for this simple service call that should have been done when the fuel was delivered Yet, they further said that this furnace was very dirty and they could clean it for $ Hmmm$for a full clean, and $for the restart -- very fishy indeedI am very suspect of their business practices as they do steal good money from this customer Never will I use Power Fuel, not will I recommend them to my tenants, family and friends Highway robbers
