Made an online order over a month agoTheir system said to wait and reenter the orderAfter tries I decided to give upWhen I checked my credit card the next day, it showed all orders as pending chargesI emailed the company customer service contact to cancel everything, saying there was obviously something wrong with their system, and they didn't respondThey don't list a customer service phone number, so I called the order phone number and their rep confirmed all so-called orders were cancelledThe orders apparently were not, and my card was charged for one orderSeveral days after they confirmed all orders were cancelled, they shipped it anyway in spite of the fact they said they were cancelled, so refused the delivery, and the *** tracking confirmed the package made it back to themThey have continued to ignore emails and the charge was placed in dispute with my bank cardMeanwhile, Power Hobby still has not responded in any way and it's been over a month nowLet the buyer beware when dealing with this Power Hobby

I purchased a Glacier 1800 mAh 75C 4S battery from these joker's. They took ages to ship. I finally got the battery and it was a rip off copy battery with Power Hobby logo on it. It's like buying a Rolex and getting a Timex in the Lipo Battery world. They wanted me to keep it, try it out or send it back until they can get the Glacier. Classic bait and switch. They should have said it's out of stock and refunded the money. Instead they've put me through the hell of shipping it back and praying I get my money back. Screw these guys, I know used car lots that do better business.

Review: Paid $102 for an airbrush set was supposed to ship out the same day if purchased before 2:00pm. Did not ship and when contacted them they said they didn't know why their shipping department delayed it. There are only 2 people that work there. They told me it was shipped and I would get it before the weekend. Weekend is here and no airbrush and the tracking number says that only a label was created and it has never reached the post office. This business has violated advertising rules about the 2:00pm shipping and blatantly lied about them sending it out.Desired Settlement: I would like the airbrush mailed immediately or would like a full refund.

Review: Ordered 3 "Hubsan X4 H107C 2.4Ghz 4CH RC Quadcopter With Video Camera RTF" from Power Hobby's [redacted] store. The model that was included in the packaging was a less expensive model than what was advertised on their [redacted] add and the package the item was included inDesired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the difference in price between the model I received and the model I purchased.

Review: On [redacted] November ** I brought a item (Dji Naza H Autopolit system , 230.00 dollars , from them , paid thru PayPal . They have not sent me my item . They have only posted a tracking number thru the USPS , system only , but have never taken the item to the post office to be mailed to me . I have called them several times , but they say they have mailed it , but has not , I called them to see why the tracking , showed no movement , but they claim it is , today I called , they said there computer said my item was out for delivery , it never came , I called the post office here in [redacted] , they said there computer showed the same As mine . That only the tracking number was posted electronically , but the package Was never delivered to them to ship out . I just want what I paid for , 230.00 is to much money to give away free , please help me get what I paid for . ThanksDesired Settlement: Refund my money thru PayPal as they got it . Or send me my item , send it , not just a tracking number that never showes movement , there are using the postal system for theft , please help me . Thanks

Review: Purchased an item (cell phone case) online, May **, 2014. Seller sent the wrong item. Seller promised refund and sent a return label. I returned the item. Seller never issued refund after numerous requests to do so. I believe the seller intentionally delayed the process beyond the [redacted] dispute resolution period in order to avoid issuing a refund, which constitutes fraud and/or a scam.

The orders apparently were not, and my card was charged for one order. Several days after they confirmed all orders were cancelled, they shipped it anyway in spite of the fact they said they were cancelled, so refused the delivery, and the [redacted] tracking confirmed the package made it back to them. They have continued to ignore emails and the charge was placed in dispute with my bank card. Meanwhile, Power Hobby still has not responded in any way and it's been over a month now. Let the buyer beware when dealing with this Power Hobby.
