I received the complaint and immediately called the member to apologize for the tardiness and explained I will look into the refund for her and husbandI pulled the batch report from that day and see they are entitled to a refund of $and will send out a check to them this weekThank you and let me know if you have any questions

I was informed that we owed one month's membership after about a month after my son left the gymHe was told it was in the contractMy son asked for a copy of the contractThey sent it but the signature did not look like his and also there was nothing in contract stating that gym was due a month's fee if a member leavesNow we receive a bill from a collection agency for $160.20!! This is fraudFirst of all, how is the bill $when it was only which was my son's monthly membership fee?? This is a scamI had a problem with [redacted] last year and that was also a scamPlease check into this as this appears to be fraud as they are charging me unnecessarilyThis has to stop! Contract indicated if you relocate more than miles from the nearest gym, you can cancel without any fees or issuesThey have been giving me issues since August when I moved to another state and now require me to pay for a month

On July 14, my husband *** *** and I joined Powerhouse Gym of Old BridgeOn 7/15/we filed our cancellation under the day cancellation ruleAfter repeated contact we have not received a refund of any of the funds they collectedWe never used the membership

I signed a gym membership November 22, and came in the next evening with a cancellation noticeThe manager promised they would process the refund The gym was due to open December 1, but did not open untiil MarchWhen I joined I was billed $which represents membership fee, first month and tax I subsequently inquired about refund on the phone in January and in person in February, when I was told by billing manager that this would not occur until all active membership contracts were processed, then they would process the cancellation refunds I have not received a refundI recently found out both the manager and billing manager are no longer with the gym, and have been replacedI would like a refund by check as my original method of purchase, a debit card, has been replaced by my bank

My husband and I joined this guy during s pre sale pre opening I was specific as to what I was looking for as far as a gym and classes I was promised in the 1st week all classes would be up they were not being understanding that they just opened I was willing to give it some timeIn the mean time I tried acouple and was not a fanMy husband went one time tried to work out but the people using the facility at the time were down rite rude hogging machines being confrontational no one needs that at any gym .I called imidiatly to speak with manager as I did and was told I was out of the cancelation periodAt this gym there's a firm day cancelation period I learned after the fact , I said how is that justifiable when the gym was not even fully operating in my day window I spoke with the owner he was not nice at all and was of no help I really want out of this contract for myself and my husband we do not like the facility or staff now I've been calling speaking to the floor

On 4/18/18, My daughter went to pay for her and her brother's monthly membership.Her name is *** *** n her brother's name is *** ***.The cost is $monthly.The name of the worker that handled the transaction is *** gave him $each for both transactionsHe kept the change of cents altogetherSo when she said you didn't give me my change, He gave her centsBefore my daughter walked out she realized she still needed centsWhen she went approached him again, he said that he didn't have itMy daughter then said Okay, are you going to put it towards my next bill?" and he said he would do thatHe never planned on saying anything about the changeThat is rude, uncomfortable and unprofessionalInstead of this young man informing my daughter beforehand, he tried to be to be slick by not saying anything and keep the entire $That is stealing no matter how you look at it and how many other customers has this been done to?
