The bike has not lasted even a year and fell apart. When I tried to reach out to Walmart, they told me that I actually purchased it from an outfit called POWER IN CLOUD INC, . Walmart just provided a selling platform for this shady company. All my attempts to talk to them failed. Their phone number has a mailbox thatis always full. And none cares to discuss the warranty on the bike if I send them multiple emails.

The question now is not so much for this mysterious Power Cloud Inc but for Walmart itself.

How in the world Walmart provides their website for such crooked sleazy outfits as Power in Cloud Inc. I specially went to Walmart's website because of its reputation. But Walmart is peddling its reputation allowing some shady characters to sell junk on its website.

I ordered a table with 4 chairs through power in cloud as a 3rd party vendor. My purchase of the table and chairs got shipped to Kentucky, I live in Arizona. I tried contacting the company but no one answers and I'm unable to leave a message , it says their mailbox is full. I really like the table but since I never received it, I'd like my money back, or my table.

Paid $89.99 to receive a desk for my child. Checked on the tracking today 9/18/2018 and saw it was delivered in Missouri.
Called the only number available. They only have 3 extensions and have no other way to contact. They do not answer phones whatsoever.

The item I purchased was never shipped. I tried calling and no one answers the phone, nor can I leave a message.

When you set the knob on shaved ice setting the ice does not come out of the machine. It looks like the machine was not new as stated. It was wrapped in cellophane. I have been sending emails and the company does not respond. I would like to return the machine and get a refund.
