Review: I purchased a product that was listed on their website for $0.00. Entered all my details and card information. They say they never received payment (however provided me with a receipt of my card paying them 0.00) Then lied to me and said that they didn't have the product any longer, I checked on the web and they raised the price and still have the product listed for sale. I simply want the product that I purchased.Desired Settlement: They say they don't have the one that I purchased, but they have one in the same brand that is very close, if they can't provide me with what I purchased then I want something similar as a replacement.
