your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I received the attached voicemail message from Mr [redacted] on 10/12/2015 @ 11:29am that indicated their parts issue has been resolved and things should be in motion by Friday.  I heard nothing the entire rest of the week.  On 10/22/2015 @ 1:25pm I received a call from Mr. [redacted] indicating that the revolution was under repair and would be sent overnight by Friday 10/23/2015 and I should have it back by Monday 10/26/2015 at the latest.  I have yet to receive any shipping information from Power Monitors.Also in the message and reconfirmed on our latest phone call the repair will be done at no charge.  Please note that I have already paid a $200.00 up front charge that has yet to be returned.  Mr. [redacted]s indicated during our phone conversation he would see that this would be returned.At this point HWEC has not been returned an operational revolution that was sent in for repair and received by Power Monitors on 8-14-2015.  This entire situation is unsatisfactory.Our hope is to have the unit repaired and returned ASAP so we can use it to investigate a power quality issue.  It is also our intent to discontinue our business relationship with Power Monitors after this transaction is completed.

We have resolved this issue with the customer to the best of our abilities.  He is satisfied with the outcome.

A revolution power meter was sent in for repair on 8-13-2015, delivered on 8-14-2015 and has yet to be fixed. When I originally spoke to customer service I was told that the turnaround time was a couple of weeks but now 8 weeks later I still don’t have an answer on when it will be returned. I have spoken to three different individuals ([redacted] & [redacted]) and no one will give me a straight answer on why it is taking so long.Desired Settlement: The unit fixed and returned.
