I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Power Mower has refunded the entire amountI will consider this complaint resolvedThere is some discrepancy in the business owners account of the events that I wish to make clear. I sent the complaint in to the Revdex.com prior to the exchange of emails with the owner and his offer to provide full restitution. The used mower was never mistreated and actually drove a mere yards before the transmission ceased to functionHe did offer to refund the entire amount and I did accept this offer prior to the complaint at the Revdex.com going through. I was clear in my email to him that I would not be in on Friday the 23rd of June that I would stop by on the 24th to pick up the refundHe is correct that there is not a money back policy specifically stated on his invoices and repair orders however, shouldn't there be one?

Complaint is entirely unfounded and libelous.  Complainant purchased used mower on 3/22 after trying it out on my premises.  He received a 90 day warranty for parts and labor, but not a money back guarantee.  A couple of weeks later, after some rough use, it apparently...

broke.  He contacted me, wanting his money back. Instead, I offered to repair it.  He was not satisfied with that, so I told him I would take the mower back, fix it, sell it again, and give him a full refund whenever it sold.  He agreed.  A couple of months later, he called and demanded money.  On June 22, he called and threatened to defame me to various agencies, including yours.  The mower still had not sold, so I told him, VIA EMAIL THAT SAME DAY, to come in on Friday, and I would give him a full refund, despite the fact it was contrary to policy. He failed to appear.  The next day, Saturday, June 24, he came in about 10 a.m., and I handed him a FULL REFUND of $800.  Thereafter, at 1:21 a.m. the next day, he sent his complaint to you, WHILE HE ALREADY HAD THE FULL REFUND IN HAND. His actions were vituperative and vengeful.  I have referred the matter to my attorney for possible defamation civil suit. I have independent computer record verification of every date and time in this sequence of events.  I also have complainant's signed receipt establishing he picked up $800 on 6/24/17--MANYHOURS BEFORE HE SUBMITTED HIS COMPLAINT.  If this does not satisfy your inquiry, please contact me further.I have been well established in this area for over thirty years and have legions of satisfied customers who will provide testimonials to my credibility.  This gentleman's broadside must be rejected as pure malice. [redacted], owner, Power Mower.
