Today, Sept 1, [redacted] returned to complete the work that we had been promised. I wish he had Initiated contact, but I texted him 2 days ago and he said he would come out today. He rewired the bulb, replaced the bad circuit that was tripping nonstop...

and now all is in good working order. He apologized for not giving us good customer service. He also offered to provide an upgrade, which would double the power to the barn at no cost to us. This is at considerable cost to him. He promises to return in a few weeks for the upgrade. If this upgrade happens, I feel [redacted] has more than settled this dispute. [redacted] is a very nice guy and I do hope he is successful with his job. I'm hoping this episode was a one time occurrence of poor judgement. I will update this complaint when/if upgrade happens.
