I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and DO NOT agree with the statements made by Mr. [redacted]  However, since he has forwarded a FULL refund ($785.00), I consider this issue resolved.  Both parties have agreed to go their separate ways. Thank you for your time.

April 2015 we offered a special deal on 8 hours of lessons at a discounted rate with an expiration of Sept 1 2015. This is for clients to purchase lessons during slower business times but to use them in a timely manner. [redacted]...

purchased lessons s on April 27th, then used 2 of the hours for her son [redacted]. I have emails that show that she was aware of the expiration policy. At some point in summer 2015, [redacted] came down with a sore arm. We suggested to [redacted] that she take [redacted] to the Doctor. I cannot speculate whether they did or not. We didn't see them for a while. Then August 18th I reviewed an email inquiring about playing for our Fall Baseball team and also asking me that since [redacted] had a sore arm if I would extend the expiration date since they didn't use all the lessons. I replied that they wouldn't lose the lessons. I have these emails as proof as well. Later in August they signed [redacted] up for our fall team. Our Fall team plays in the USABL league and all fees for Fall Ball were due August 1st and they are not refundable. Therfore the [redacted] joined past theAugust 1st deadline, and applied their payment to the league. The season started early September and it wasn't till after the season was 3 weeks old did "they" deam [redacted] not able to play due to a sore arm. At this point I said I would not offered a refund because the league we paid will not reimburse me. But I was nice enough to offer them ton utilize their funds towards training sessions when [redacted] was feeling better. They didn't like this option and threatened to "take things to another level". Then in December [redacted] called and apologized to me and asked if I would be willing to extend the 6 hours we owed her plus the costs of the team towards training sessions, which I was not obligated to do but I agreed. I didn't hear from the [redacted] again until March 3 2016 requesting scheduled times for [redacted]. At this point we were busy but I advised that I could get them on schedule within a couple of weeks. March is the busiest month for my baseball Academy. On March 28th [redacted] sent me an email with a proposal to put the funds towards a camp and a team. Then she requested 2 lessons, I theneed responded with a request for a Doctors note clearing [redacted] of such activites. This is believe is the responsibility I hold in my position as a baseball trainer, to ensure healthy baseball players. At this point [redacted] because angry and frustrated and threatened to sue me for a refund. Then [redacted] emailed me stating that she wanted a full refund for expired lessons and a team that they left well after the season started and was payed for. The reason for requesting this refund was she stated that I refused services. I replied stating that I wasn't refusing services but I wanted a doctor's note clearing [redacted] to resume baseball training. I received another email stating that she didn't want to train with us. Then later I find out that [redacted] is still suffering a sore arm playing for his school team. So I believe it was a good call to require a doctor's note. I never refused services just requested a note from a doctor and I extended lessons and agreed to put funds payed for a team towards training even though I was not obligated to. I feel that this complaint has no validity. Thank you for your time Bill [redacted]
