Power Point Financial1111 S Orchard StBoise ID 83705Re:  [redacted]ID: [redacted]Dear Sir/Madam: Please accept this correspondence in response to the complaint filed by [redacted]. Power Point Financials records indicate that on April 6th, 2015, Mrs. [redacted] entered into a...

transaction to purchase coaching and informational material to assist in the development of an online business. Enclosed is a copy of the terms and conditions.  Mrs. [redacted] used her credit card to complete the transaction.Mrs. [redacted] alleges a representative of PPF “conned” her into purchasing a program for $6000.00. She also claims that she was told that if she needed more coaching after six months that we would be there to help her and that she has not been able to get a call back. First off she was not conned. She entered into this agreement on her own. It was a few lengthy conversations and then a registration process. She is correct by saying that we will be there after her 6 months to help her with additional coaching but she needs to contact us to get that. This is stated in our service guarantee. Finally, Mrs. [redacted] needs to let us know she needed more coaching and we would have given that to her. She has not contacted anyone from our company since August of 2015 when she had her last coaching session. This could have all been easily resolved if she would have called the customer service number of [redacted] or eailed customer [redacted]@powerpointfinancial.com. PPF has provided all the services purchased by Mrs. [redacted]. You can see this in the client information attached.  PPF has provided materials and training and is committed to working with Mrs. [redacted] until her initial investment is recouped. Please let me know if you need more information.Respectfully,Customer ServicePower Point Financial

Dear Sir/Madam:
Please accept this correspondence in response to the chargeback filed by [redacted]
Power Point Financials records indicate that on December 8th, 2015, [redacted] entered into a transaction to...

purchase coaching and informational material to assist in the development of an online business. Enclosed is a copy of the terms and conditions.  [redacted] used his credit card to complete the transaction.
[redacted] alleges PPF never provided any services that were promised to the consumer. I have attached the coaching agreement that will list the services that [redacted] purchased. On 12.10.15 after registration he was contacted for his welcome call and was also sent an email to follow up and remind him of his next appointment on 12.16.16. After that he has contact via phone and email as well as attended Live Webinars and attended his coaching sessions with his coach. About 6 weeks in he started to discuss concerns about his finances with his coach. There is no mention of not receiving service purchased by PPF. He discussed with his coach being contact by additional companies and the concern about spending more money.  His coach let him know he did not need to do that. Again nothing mentioned about the PPF program.
On 01.20.16 [redacted] called in to speak about getting a refund stating health issues. At this time, he requested a refund which was denied. [redacted] has accessed and worked the program as well as attended coaching sessions. His reason for canceling is due to no fault of PPF’s and we do not feel a refund is due.  He contacted his coach as recent as 01.27.16.
[redacted] has filed a claim with the Ohio Attorney General which was recently closed in our favor. He has also file a claim with the Idaho Attorney General and the Idaho Revdex.com. He has cancel the check with his bank claiming fraud and we are still disputing this. He has worked the program for nearly 2 months and decided he did not want to continue. We have a contract in place and follow the laws of the State of Idaho.  Why don’t our customers? We spend hours on the phone, take them through registration, read them the terms and conditions as well as the cancelation policy and then have them read it and sign it. A copy is sent immediately after the contract is signed so each customer has a copy.
PPF has provided all the services purchased by [redacted]. You can see this in the client information attached.  PPF has provided materials and training and is committed to working with [redacted] until his initial investment is recouped.
Please let me know if you need more information.

Respectfully,
Customer Service
