This subjective and slander I can contact my house manager who can dispute this person's accusations.Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:

Hello and thanks for forwarding the complaintThis customer was informed before job that her carpet was full of urine from either animals or people living there and several other organic stains that would not come outShe said she still wanted her carpet cleaned and that anything would be better than what it originally wasThe customer desperately asked for the cleaning as she was embarrassed because of the state of her home was inShe signed several forms authorizing us to perform the work despite the tech explaining to her that it would be best to get the carpets replacedDespite the extremely unhygienic and unsanitary conditions in the house caused mainly by the customer herself the results were far better than the customer expectedShe had urine and organic matter everywhere and had never cleaned or even vacuumed her placeShe signed after the work was completed that she was happy and satisfied with the jobA week or so later the customer contacted us asking for a partial refundThis is an attempt on the customers part to get a full refund after the job with made up excusesPlease let us know how documents can be attached so the signed forms can be sent to the Revdex.com for review Please see the attached documentation [redacted] was satisfied after the work was done and signed confirming soAlso, before the work she was informed her carpets are way past cleaning or restoration and was informed she should get new carpet, yet she still decided to progress.Customer was offered a full redo of the job and she declined it and just insisted on getting her money backAt this point there will be no refunds partial or full of any redos

be better than what it originally was. The customer desperately asked for the cleaning as she was embarrassed because of the state of her home was in. She  signed several forms authorizing us to perform the work despite the  tech explaining to her that it would be best to get the carpets replaced. Despite the extremely unhygienic and unsanitary conditions in the house caused mainly by the customer herself the results were far better than the customer expected. She had urine and organic matter everywhere and had never cleaned or even vacuumed her place. She signed after the work was completed that she was happy and satisfied with the job. A week or so later the customer contacted us asking for a partial refund. This is an attempt on the customers part to get a full refund after the job with made up excuses.
