Our position on this is very straight forward. The RV sold was checkout throughly. The customers had been walked through this coach, we demonstrated all systems working. [redacted] insisted on taking delivery before PDI was finished. After they had possession we sent Ben our service tech to follow up on...

two small items. The entry step complaint, we found nothing wrong. [redacted] wasn’t happy with stairs, but can’t fix whats not broken. Sandys trade in was misrepresented. They removed equipment they shouldn’t. it was in deplorable condition. We fulfilled our sales obligation, sent our Tech to there park several times. The title was priority mailed to there forwarding address. Our word and integrity is of utmost importance to us. The communication ended when [redacted] spoke rudely to one of our staff.

MY NAME IS [redacted] I WAS ASKED BY POWER RVZ IN [redacted] AZ TO WRITE THIS LETTER ON THERE BEHALF SINCE I WAS THE SALES AGENT THAT ASSISTED MR [redacted] WITH THE PURCHASE OF HIS 2003 HOLIDAY RAMBLER DIESEL MOTORHOME ON FEBRUARY 25 2015. MR [redacted]  LEFT THE MOTORHOME WITH POWER RVZ  IN...

[redacted] AND CAME BACK ON MARCH 16 2015 TO TAKE DELIVERY OF HIS MOTORHOME. IN THE 20 DAYS THAT THE MOTORHOME WAS AT POWER RVZ  MR [redacted] AND I WERE IN CONTACT  SEVEAL DIFFERENT TIMES GOING OVER THINGS THAT HE WANTED DONE TO HIS MOTORHOME BEFORE HE RETURNED TO TAKE DELIVERY AND WARANTY'S THAT WERE AVAILABLE FOR HIM TO PURCHASE THAT WOULD PAY FOR  MAJOR PARTS AND REPAIRS IF HE WOULD EVER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH HIS RV ANY WHERE IN THE USA OR CANADA WITH A LOW DEDUCTIBLE. HE ASKED POWER RVZ TO REPLACE ALL 6 TIRES WITH NEW [redacted] TIRES THAT MR [redacted] AGREED TO PAY FOR AND HE WANTED THE TENSION RODS I BELIEVE THEY WERE CALLED CHECKED BECAUSE HE READ THAT THE 2003 YEAR CHASSIS HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM. SO POWER RVZ HAD [redacted] OF [redacted]'S RV SERVICE WHEN THE TIRE COMPANY CAME OUT AND TOOK ALL THE TIRES OFF LOOK AT WHAT MR [redacted] REQUESTED AND AT THE SAME TIME TAKE A LOOK AT THE FRONT AND REAR BRAKES. [redacted] DID AND REPORTED BACK AND SAID HE DID NOT SEE ANY ISSUES ON BOTH ITEMS. I CALLED MR [redacted]  AS  A COURTESY FOLLOW UP CALL WITH IN 3 DAYS OF WHEN HE TOOK DELIVERY OF HIS MOTORHOME TO SEE HOW HIS TRIP BACK HOME TO [redacted] WENT. I WANTED TO KNOW IF HE HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE RV, AND HOW THE MOTORHOME HE PURCHASED  DROVE AND HANDLED.  WHEN WE TALKED THAT DAY  MR [redacted] INDICATED TO ME THAT HIS DRIVE HOME WENT VERY WELL. THE MOTORHOME DROVE AND HANDLED GOOD AND HE WAS HAPPY WITH THE MOTORHOME. IN THAT CONVERSATION THAT DAY HE DID TELL ME THAT  THE ONLY ISSUE THAT HE  WAS HAVING AFTER HE GOT HOME WAS THAT THE ON BOARD GENERATOR WOULD NOT STAY RUNNING. I TOLD HIM I WOULD  ASK [redacted] THE RV TECHNICIAN THAT POWER RVZ USED TO DO THE PRE DELIVERY INSPECTION  ON MR [redacted] MOTORHOME  AND ALSO USED TO GIVE  MR [redacted] HIS  WALK AROUND ON THE RV THE DAY HE TOOK DELIVERY OF THE 2003 HOLIDAY RAMBLER DIESEL MOTORHOME. IN THE WALK AROUND  MR [redacted]  WAS SHOWN THAT ALL THE SYSTEMS AND ALL THE FACTORY INSTALLED  EQUIPMENT ON THE RV WERE IN  WORKING CONDITION. AFTER MR [redacted] AND I TALKED THAT DAY I TALKED TO [redacted] ABOUT THE GENERATOR PROBLEM AND THEN CALLED BACK MR [redacted] AND RELAYED THE INFORMATION THAT I RECEIVED FROM [redacted]. I  ALSO TOLD MR [redacted] IF HE STILL HAS ANY PROBLEM WITH THE GENERATOR TO HAVE IT CHECKED OUT BY A LICENSED MECHANICAL RV REPAIR SHOP. AFTER THEY FIND OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS THAT NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED TO CALL [redacted] AT POWER RVZ AND LET HIM KNOW WHAT THEY SAID. IF YOU NEED TO CONTACT ME PERTAINING TO THIS MATTER YOU CAN CALL ME AT [redacted]REGARDS [redacted]

I bought a rv from them and after a couple weeks I started having problems with a overheating issue. Doug at power RV stood by his word and took care of all of the repairs needed at no charge to me. I will return to buy my next vehicle from power RV!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The response by PowerRVZ is not only unexceptable but also not factual. When I inquired about a warranty with the owner [redacted] at the time of purchase I was told by him it would be very expensive and not worth it. He then want on to say that if I had any problems with the coach within the first 60 to 90 days to call him and he would either fix or help with the cost of repairing any issues that may arise. I did have PowerRVZ install new tires on the coach before I came back to pick it up. I was never informed of any type of brake inspection being performed. After driving the coach back from [redacted] to [redacted] there was a burning smell coming from the front passenger wheel. I thought possibly this was normal after such a long drive and thought nothing of it. Two weeks later I took the coach to [redacted] and found that the generator would not stay running and on the way back found the front wheel smoking. I had the coach checked and that is when the wheel bearing and seal was found to be bad along with the brake line being compromised. I had the bearing and seal replaced along with the brake line. Unfortunetely while bleeding the brakes the ABS valve was ruined. I took the coach to a different repair shop who while checking out the brake valve found the radiator is leaking along with the diesel primer pump on the engine not working properly. I'm replacing the ABS valve out my own pocket. The issue I need to have resolved with PowerRVZ are the generator repair, Radiator repair and Diesel primer pump. I feel these issues should be repaired with the help of PowerRVZ. When I talked to Mr [redacted] about these repairs he said he would help out with cost and also offered to replace the coach with another one. After this initial phone call he has not responded to my calls or emails.Regards,[redacted]

I worked with [redacted] at Power RVz. Sale was quick, exceptionally honest, and a great experience overall. Not many dealerships these days have staff you can trust, I would definitely buy another vehicle from these guys again.

Review: I purchased a used motorhome from this dealer and was informed that they would go over the motorhome and inspect to ensure its safety. Upon transporting the motorhome home from [redacted] to [redacted] problems started to arise. Smoke was coming from front passenger wheel. Upon having a mechanic review the issue it was determined that many items were wrong with this vehicle. Those items are: front wheel bearing and seal leaking , brake line worn to danger levels, fuel primer pump leaking fuel, radiator leaking due to fuel leak and corrosion, generator shutting off due to temp sensor. Estimated cost of these repairs are in excess of $15,000.

When I purchased this motorhome the owner had assured me that if any problems would arise within the first 90 days to contact him and they would handle any issues that we had.

Spoke to [redacted] who is the owner and he had expressed a desire to assist in paying for repairs or we could return motorhome to him and "exchange" for another vehicle. Asked that repair estimate be e-mail to him, which was done. I have been trying to contact [redacted] for approximately a month to have some type of resolution. I am always told that he is not in the office but will return my call. At this time I have not received a returned call or an e-mail response.Desired Settlement: I need this dealership to stand by their word that they would assist with repairs should anything happen within the first 90 days. I need them to make payment towards the repair of this motorhome as I would not have purchased this vehicle had I have know the problems and the cost associated with the repairs. I have had no choice but to pay for the repairs as the plates are set to expire and the vehicle must be inspected by [redacted] prior to plating.

Review: We purchased an Rv from them, Nov 24, 2014 delivery. It was supposed to be ready before then but wasn't, we took delivery with the idea they would complete the items needing finished. They did not check out the RV before selling, we have added over $1000 in repairs to the RV since we bought it and still have not addressed all the issues they were told about that needed serviced before delivery. We also were told that our title would be to us in 30 days, still we have not received the title to the RV. We have left many messages for management to return our call, and they have not in the last 30 days. We are very dissatisfied with their customer service and request your assistance in resolving this issue. We had to put a whole new furnace cental board and thermostate in RV $600, we had to have a relay switch fixed $180 and then another service call for $180. We told them the a/c, furnace was not working right, we told them the batteries were not charging right, we requested the steps be repaired they are not working right. We just had to go to a transmission service center, they were supposed to change the oil, they put it in the wrong compartment, they put it in the transmission and now we have transmission problems. We have not had any returned calls from them, we leave a message and they never call back. WE STILL DO NOT KNOW THE STATUS of our TITLE. So today 2 months later we have not received a title for the purchaseDesired Settlement: Refund all our repair service costs that once we drove it appearred and they were supposed to have fixed all the issues before delivery. They did not run the furnace or a/c for any length of time or thy would have discovered it was not working. The transmission place said they put the fluid in wrong place, the steps still do not operate properly.
