Review: I went into this business to obtain an estimate for two car DVDs placed in my headrests and a new radio head unit along with a remote start and rear camera installation. The owner and his wife( [redacted] and [redacted] both looked at my vehicle and informed they would give me a package deal in which I would also obtain two wireless head sets and game controller with remotes for the head rests along with protector covers. The instaltion did not go well as my wires were crossed and the head rests installed were not a match in color or in description of what was promised. He then stated he would fix the problem and order new head rests. When this occurred he later informed he did not have a match for my vehicle and stated my vehicle was odd in color and no one would be able to find a match. This was something never told to me at the time the deposit was taken nor when all monies was received by this business. They also broke a handle on my back trunk door and wires are exposed throught out the vehicle. Also the remote start goes off and shuts vehicle off while driving. I have a 4year old son whos in the vehicle often and they refused to fix this issue. I located a distributor willing to match my vehicle and the owners refused me a refund of the head rests, or any other product puchased from them. They charged me over $1625 and failed to properly complete and install what I initially paid for. The police became involved and they pulled two head rests out of thier inventory which matched my vehicle exactly. The owner, mike, stated he would order these head rest and fix the wiring issue when he installs the new ones. As of 5-26-2014 they installed another two head rests none of which I ordered. They still do not match and did not come with any wireless head sets, protective covers, or anything that was promised. The owner[redacted] stated she would not be fixing anything. She informed I will not be getting what I ordered as I am now a riskDesired Settlement: I want a full refund of all monies paid to them. I did not receieve the original products ordered or the service needed. The completed a faulty and incomplete installation of products and services. They do not uphold their refund policy and refused to return any monies paid to them. I wil now have to take my car to a dealer to fix the damages they have done to my vehicle and replace my head rests and radio unit along with removing the remote start. I will also like this business shut down for their unfair and unjust business practices aloneg with how they treat and mislead consumers completly about what they due. Thier activities are fradulent and I became a victim.
