Be-Aware their prices are cheap because they are not professionals at all. I made the biggest mistake of calling these guys for my carpet cleaning They advertise that if you not fully satisfied with our job we will guarantee in 15days to come back and redo it again NOT SO TRUE AT ALL

I acquired services from this business that were inadequate. I was offered a warranty and upon attempting to have the problem resolved I was ignored.I paid the business $65 to have my carpet cleaned. The business did not clean my carpet thoroughly as they claimed they would. I attempted to contact the owner several times via telephone and text to no avail. He told me I had a warranty and then would not honor it or reimburse me. He continued to reschedule and then ignored my phone calls and texts. I found his business tactics to be unprofessional and unscrupulous. I feel taken advantage of and manipulated.Desired SettlementI would like a refund in the amount of $65.00.Business Response We had came back out 9:30a.m. that following day to give ms.[redacted] a reclean she stated that she was still in the bed and that she will call us the following day, we did not hear back from Ms [redacted],so the 15 day warranty had ran out when she called back, Sorry.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The statement provided from the business is highly untrue. We did reschedule a second time to meet and due to unforeseen circumstances we had to reschedule again. Also, the day he first "cleaned" my carpet he informed me and wrote on my receipt that there was a 45-60 day warranty and is now saying there was a 15 day warranty to evade responsibility and in hopes that that timeframe would impede him from conducting another cleaning. He agreed to reschedule and requested that I text him my address again and to call him that weekend to see if he had any available time slots. He then began to ignore my calls and texts. When I finally got back in touch with him he agreed to come out again and never showed or answered again. I have all of our text messages and my call logs to prove that he agreed to reschedule and rectify the situation. When he began to ignore me again and did not keep our most recent appointment I informed him that I would be informing the Revdex.com to report his lack of professionalism, negligence, incompetence, dismissive attitude and unscrupulous behavior.Final Business Response It is so sad that Ms.[redacted] will make such false allegations we have done all we can to help Ms hunt we have called her we have came back out and she stated that she was sleep at that time, so after a month she called, so the 15 days warranted that we gave her had cancelled, when she say that we offered her 45 to 60 days warranty that's ludicrous I have been in business for over 20 years and I have never ever seen anyone offer 45 to 60 day warranty. thank you
