“Getting 90% of your DMV services completed right here in San Tan Valley couldn't be more convenient! The staff is courteous, efficient and knowledgeable!!”

We came here based off of a recommendation from a friend. Upon entry, the office clutter caught my eye immediately. Taped signs all over the place about not breaking their vending machines, giving and getting respect, having a contagious attitude, sign in here, sign in there based off reason for your visit. Highly disorganized. Black and white pictures all over the wall, one of a cowboy castrating a bull. A faded newspaper collage of their business opening, from 2009. It's 2015! On the positive side, there are crosses and religious sayings on the wall-so I was hopeful for a positive experience at least. Boy, was I wrong. Right when you walk in, you are hit with a barrage of questions from ladies behind a counter, as they are helping other customers. We were there for a road test, but was sent away because we didn't have an appointment. Their website says nothing about making an appointment, and their sign on the door indicates "walk ins welcome". We made the appointment, and came back later in the week. Apparently the appointments mean nothing, as we waited over an hour after our appointment time because they help all of their walk ins first. Not only that, but the owner jumps around the office to dabble in everyone else's transactions to ensure everyone is doing everything correctly. They openly discuss their personal life as well as their customers transactions in front of the waiting area. Highly unprofessional. Zero discretion. I won't even get started on their convenience fees, and prices subject to change without notice, but we paid 75.00 for a driver license. The extra 50.00 was explained to us as a "convenience fee" for their business. My recommendation for this place would be to take the profit from all of the convenience fees and upgrade the office area to reflect their appreciation for their customers who willingly pay these fees to keep this company a float. In addition, pay for everyone working here to take a class on working with the public, if there is such a class. Professionalism in the workplace goes a long way. This place thrives off negativity. From the signs to the clutter, the lack of professionalism and discretion, the outrageous convenience fees and inability of the processors to handle a transaction without consulting with everyone in the office openly on front of the waiting area. MVD may be a bit of a drive, but you won't get charged extra fees for such a negative experience. This place makes the MVD look like a highly positive experience, and it won't cost anything extra but a few dollars gas. Save your money, go to MVD.

Website states they are open at 8. I get there at 8:15 and no one else is in the office. The lady tells me they don't handle licences until 9. SHE NEVER TELLS ME ABOUT A SIGN IN SHEET. I go wait in my car until 8:50 and there are 5 people signed in in front of me. When I tell the girl she never told me about a sign in sheet she told me I should have waited inside and to go to the back of the line. I will never go back to this place again

HORRIBLE customer service. The owner actually inferred I was either an it or that I couldn't read, because I signed in on the wrong clipboard. Interestingly, the clipboard they wanted me to use was put up behind the desk, so it was impossible. I needed a way to confirm what time I had arrived, because they only provide certain services until 1 o'clock, and it was 1245. That is why I signed in on the other board. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, the owner was rude, insulting, and attempted to embarrass me. They tell you one thing on the phone, like what documents you need to be prepared with, and then when you come down with what they told you to bring, they tell you it's the wrong documents. In the 30 minutes that I have been here so far, I have watched them treat other customers as badly as they have treated me. I do not recommend this place. A longer drive to the actual DMV is worth being treated with a little bit of respect.

I have used this time over twenty times in the past 2 years. I went in this time to transfer ATV two titles and register them, 1 solely as offroad, and the other as both on road and offroad. The Arizona state DMV fees between both totaled $58.75. I initially was expecting them to honor the sign that I had used so many times with the pricing which states clear as day that the convenience fee for each vehicle title transfer and registration would be 30. When everything came to payment time the bill was for $160.75. I questioned the lady why I was charged $102 for her 5 minutes worth of work and she stated that I was being charged $10 per item. So she charged me for the registration, the off road sticker, the transferring of the tile, and the plate on each of the vehicles, toatalling $80, plus another 20 to register the one vehicle for on road as well. I asked why they were not honoring their signs stating pricing and she pointed at another little sign stating that Prices are subject to change at any time. Total BS. This will be the last time I use or recommend this company. Bait and switch. Overpriced for items that all are part of registering a vehicle anyways. I am very much so weighing my option of contacting the attorney general and the MVD about these practices as well.

Sincerely

One Pissed Off Customer

Review: well we paid 381.70 to much for taxes on our suv tags , they charge us for sticker price not what we paid for the suv .

we told them right away that was wrong and they said thats what they charge ,the next day they called us and told us we had to wright the privilege user tax at dept. of revenue , and that we had only 45 days to do this , so we drove all the way with all paper work ,they said that power tags had to request the refund on money owed so we took the letter that they sent me to power tags the owner of the place would not read it just made a copy of it and said she's not going wright any letter because she don't have to . now I will have to ask for a formal hearingDesired Settlement: I just want my money owed to me, and to make sure they haven't done this to people over time and most people wouldn't even know there paying to much .

thank you so much
