I was notified on 8/19/at 5:34am via email that effective 8/18/the Towson location has closed due to leasing issues and that anyone that wanted to transfer to the Columbia location will receive 50% off their membership and all other memberships will be terminated I sent an email to Scott on 8/19/16, signer of the email, saying I would like my membership cancelled, a confimation letter of termination and a refund for the membership dues that was charged to my account for $on 8/14/I never received a response I contacted a former employee who gave me the number for billing and I called and left a message for Mary, the billing department, and also did not receive a call backI called several more times the following week and finally got a hold of Mary who confirmed my account has been terminated and I will be refunded per my contractThe contract states any refund should be received within days of membership terminationI also asked for document stating my member
