Review: I returned product to PowerBelly Gear within 7 days of receipt following the return instructions posted to their website. As stated on their website (http://powerbellygear.com/terms-and-conditions/):Return PolicyAll returns and exchanges are welcomed by PowerBelly Gear. Just return the item with notation of all your information and instruction regarding your exchange or refund. Full credit will be issued for merchandise returned within 7 days of your receipt of shipment. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 7 days. Please note, a 25% restocking fee is applied to all returns.Send all returns to the following address:PowerBelly Gear[redacted]After nearly 3 months and multiple emails to customer service, I have yet to receive my refund. According to the company, the return address listed on their website is no longer correct and they did not receive a forwarded package. However, I have proof of delivery to the posted address and I provided that information to PowerBelly. The company has ignored recent emails to resolve the issue and had yet to change the return address posted to their website.Desired Settlement: I simply want a refund for the cost of the returned product. The company should also provide a correct return address on their website.
Review: Ordered from PowerBelly Gear September 2015. Since the oder was placed I have not received the ordered product, been provided tracking information, or even refunded when the CEO said he would handle it himself. I was in contact with the CEO and he had promised to get me the product (for free along with some extra gear after being refunded), to date I have not received anything, been refunded, nor heard back from them after e-mailing/phoning. This has happened twice now and I have contacted them in 2016 and was told they would get back to me, they have not. They are impossibly difficult to get ahold of and when I have got ahold of them I was told it was being resolved. I've spent the past 4 months playing e-mail and phone tag with this company only to be told they would resend and refund me (nothing to date). I have a list of e-mails regarding the current state of affairs if required along with call logs.Desired Settlement: I want the product that I ordered and to ensure that I am refunded as promised
