This company is as trashy as they come, I contacted them to transport a car from VA to NYThat was on March 29th I filled out the contract and they took $deposit from me, the agent is [redacted] Emailed Mr [redacted] multiple times with directions about pickup/ no response or call back from this company The cars first avil pick up was 3/31/In which the vehicle was never picked upContacted them and was given an excuse of why not, was told it would be picked up the next day and again was not picked up, called again and no answer, called again and was given another story that they wouldn't allow the car to be picked upcalled them for a third day and company stated that they made an appointment for it to be picked up, that they spoke to a "Glen" called the person in charge of the vehicle and was told no one has contacted them about a pick up on this vehicleThey contacted the person in charge to pick up vehicle today 4/6/by 4pm and no one showed upI have called them

PowerCore agreed to ship a vehicle for me on 4/11/from FL to KYI sent them a $depositIt has been over weeks, during which time they have given me a ship date different times, which they failed to ship and with no contactI have tried calling, emailing, and faxing but all of their numbers are either out of service or no answerI would like to have a full refund of my deposit but cannot get in touch with anyone thereOrder information is included below

My vehicle has been damaged by a company Power Core hired since they are just a brokerHauler Enterprises was hired and got oil all over the hood of my truck, cracked my front bumper, bent my antenna and license plate, got broken glass inside my truck, then when it arrived they made ME PERSONALLY climb through my driver window and back it off the trailerThe reason I had to do this is because they parked my truck next to the hydraulic arm for the second deckSo needless to say, they were climbing in and out of my WINDOWunbelievable experiences have happened since thisI have tried to call for help many times and was accused of harassmentI filed an insurance claim, won, and Mehdrid who owns Hauler Enterprises refuses to payIt's just $and he won't answer any of my calls, reply to texts or emails, and is now ignoring the insurance company who also is doing NOTHINGIf you want to be left in the dark and ignored with your vehicle beat up by a supposedly 'professional' transport company then by all meanslet power core hire unprofessional drivers to haul your vehicleI have been putting off this review for so long because Johnny from power core has been so helpfulBut at this time it's Hauler Enterprise that is not paying me my settlementI have lost sleep and spent HOURS on my lunch breaks dealing with this problemI'm so sick of it and I would never want this to happen to anyone elseBEWARE!
