In response to *** *** *** who says we told her the product will help her with her plantar fasciitis, All products sold from the company PowerFx Inchave a day return policy This is explained to them at purchase and must be returned within the days This is our policy and
has been for many yearsOnce this time is up that is it we offer zero refunds on items purchased We feel this is enough time for a customer to make a return, if any We completely close our books after this time and pay sales tax and commissions based on what sales distributor sells that month As far as someone being rude and unhelpfully at the booth the sales team is polite to everyone and if someone was rude this is the first I heard of this and am sorry for that to her Sometimes people need more attention than others which we are always there to help We have three locations in the US and also different ways to communicate and get a hold of someone at many different times 8-eastern 9-mountain and we did not miss a call from her I believe she is just upset about not returning the band before the 30day money back guarantee and is now upset When speaking to her she was very upset about missing the return deadline and said she would contact her credit card company to get her money back Also I have never heard of a credit card company saying that on a purchase they made to find something of another company and get back to them? She also said her credit card company wouldn't listen to her as well? Please let me know how the best way to handle this would be? I appreciate your help either way? Hello Here are the issues....I was not even at this event and am at the corporate office here in Littleton Colorado We have 40-distributors that distribute PowerFx products that we wholesale to them Each of them have a separate business that sells PowerFx and other products as well We had three different distributors selling at that event and it was not even days long? So she says she tried it for a month and than tried to return it to the booth?? They would of been gone even if she bought it the first day? The only way is if she purchased it and than right away tried to return it to someone at the booth, who would of been more than happy to return the product But she even says she tried it for a month?? Any return policy any of the salesmen have are return within days? Which are policy clearly states Also I have checked all emails sent in for the time period and can not find a single one from her? Could you please ask her for a copy of the email? Maybe she is calling and sending it to the wrong person As well as she stated trying to call us? What number is she calling because we have two very easy ways of getting a hold of us by phone, as you see when you called me direct to let me know of this issue? I have not once heard from her? I am willing to help and make an exception on a return to help her but we do have easy to follow guidelines in returning a product if purchased from this corporate office or the online store? Again she says she does not have a receipt? Which I will need to determine when and where it was purchased? Thank youI am not even sure she is contacting the right office? Can she provide any details that might help other than saying she called and or sent emails etc?Thanks

I am rejecting this response because:I believe the way they are handling this issue is very unprofessional. I did try to reach them within the 30 day period and they would not do anything to help me. I tried to call them three times twice in one day and once the next day and they did not answer the phone. I also tried to send them another email, which they did not reply. I just want my money back and they were rude to me at the booth.
