No return calls on warrantied repairs after receiving; have not fixed in timely manner; not 1st issue with this business We ordered a powerhead for Johnson 90hp Vmodel J90ELEDR on 11/9/from Vaughn Lfor $CHK#2108; received it 11/29/17; installed it & customer picked boat up 12/11/17; shipped core back to Vaughn FedEx 12/13/(tracking# XXXXXXXXXXXX costing $credit card)Received phone call from customer 7/9/saying they finally got to take it out, but only used it a short time, it never got up to speed & went down to nothing, cut off & wouldn't crank backWe picked it up, checked it out & found a big piece missing on the bottom of the powerhead & took pictures of itOn 7/12/@ 9:am, we called Vaughn Lof Powerhead Exchange, told him what the problem was, sent him the pictures, & he told us to send it back & he would get right on itWe got it off & shipped it to him on 7/13/UPS (tracking# 1Z2XFXXXXXXXXXXXXX costing $credit card); he receive
