Customer relations of power home will no longer communicate with me
Customer relations and I were emailing back and forth. I had told him that we are suffering really bad here at the house and I needed the solar panels to produce more energy. We're having to pay our full *** Bill and full loan payment for the new solar panels and roof. He tried to send me $500 which I did say I appreciate it but I knew it was Hush money to sign a settlement agreement. Now he says I have to talk to his attorney and if they have emailed me and my attorney. I do not have an attorney in order to have an email for my attorney and it's been over 24 hours and no one has emailed me from his attorney at either

Desired Outcome

I want Power home to come and take these solar panels off my property they're not producing what they're supposed to nor are they ever going to and I want a full refund for all the stress that I've had to put my family through all this we signed up in May and they didn't get put up until the end of October

there was no communication. bad plannimg. no communication with in business as well.
All started when my wife had seen on *** an add for powerhome to get solar pannels. we liked it because there was financing. the sales rep came seem to know his stuff but did not know how the new loan office worked made us wait an unnecessary amount of time to find out we had been approved for the loan the whole time.

weeks later had gotten the plans for the solar array I had told the engineer that I was questionable about my panel in my garage almost 60 years old. he had told me if I want to upgrade it I can but that it was not there responsibility. I had no money to upgrade.

weeks later when powerhome installers came to bring the solar array and install. the master electrician said no to my panel. to old, no room and did not even know were to get fuses for it. had told him I had told the engineer that. then I come to find out the plans for the ground mount solar array was on my drain field!

I call my salesman and told him I can not do the solar do not have money for panel upgrade. the salesman said get the panel upgrade send him a receipt and that he will pay for half. I said ok had to get a loan got the panel upgrade. send the receipt. try to find out when going to get reimbursed.

weeks later got ahold of my salesman to find out about my reimbursement. all I really could get out of him was... "they have taking the money from my account hold on I will try to get ahold of accounting." when my salesman said that he would pay for half, he made me think he himself was going to pay me.

Not till weeks later I call the project foreman to ask what is going on with my reimbursement check. he had no idea that the salesman made that deal. though he had said that it was not uncommon.
Never really heard anything back from that guy.

Now lets talk about the roofing. Had gotten metal roof from powerhome as well. Project foremen over roofing didn't order enough materials. There was not enough materials to finish the roof. When materials showed up I had to call the roofers to tell them it was here.

Then they send one guy in the rain to finish it. Some if the materials they didn't order were covers for the fart fans, they just put tar paper temporarily over it, leaked in first small rain. (roof still not done, month later)

Weeks later I call powerhome home office customer service to complain about whole situation. He said this is not how we run our business. we are going to try to make it better.

That same night I talked to customer service with no communication roofer shows up to finish (the one they sent in the rain). Im at work told the wife to tell him another time. He had asked us to call his boss and tell him. When my wife did he gave my wife attitude about them being two hours away.

When the solar panels finally did get installed I was the one that had to call PCI the inspectors and tell them the panels were installed. They had no idea. Project foremen from job didn't tell them.

So I guess for a finally summary there is no communication within the business of powerhome or with powerhome and its costumers as far as my account can see.

They like to say "stop having the power companies take advantage of you" I think how about they stop taking advantage of their costumers

Desired Outcome

Would like them to finish the job and i want 25% off my bill because of all the stress and hastle this whole thing has been. We are a young couple making our first big investment and it wasnt suppose to be this difficult or treated this poorly.
