I have had several vehicles don with great resultsGood service and fair prices

I had really great customer service for the install of my aftermarket radio however my turn signals and caution lights stopped working afterwardsI brought my vehicle back to have it looked at and was told he couldn't see anythingI now have left numerous messages both through Facebook and on the phone letting him know that I took it to my shop and it is costing me a little over $to have repaired and to please contact me about getting reimbursed and I have heard nothingSo the customer service level obviously dropped off the planet and I will be seeking reimbursement in other waysI do not recommend this place at this moment however if they correct this situation I would be more than happy to change my recommendation

Review: Went to this shop to purchase rims and lights for my 2010 Acura TL on 04/30/2013. Picked out rims and the lights for my vehicle. Went back on 3/1/2013 to take my application for my rims. At this time I paid for my lights and was told they would be in on 5/6 or 5/7. Went back to the shop on 5/3, I was approved for a $1,000 on my wheels and I paid the remaining balance of 762.00. I was told my rims would be in on 5/7 0r 5/8. The owner calls and say I have more papers to sign and asked could I come back in to sign the paperwork. I asked could he fax the papers to me, which he did, I asked the owner several times did he receive my fax back and was everything OK. He said yes and told me my rims would be in on 5/9. I asked if my inserts would be painted by 5/10 to get everything in on time. the owner once again said yes. 5/10 came my lights or rims hadn't came in. He told me everything would be here on 5/13. I told him to just cancel everything when he called me on 5/13 to tell me I had to sign more papers. I told him to refund me my money and I was no longer interested in doing business with his company. The owner told me he would not cancel the order and I had to get the rims and lights. I said I have never had anyone give the run around and this did not make sense. He then told me my rims and lights were on the way again and that I could sign the paper at a later time. On 5/17 I was told by the owner the rims were on HOLD. I asked for a refund again, this man told me he would not be giving me a refund and I was out of my money. In the meantime I filed a dispute with both my credit card companies to receive my funds back which totals $1028.00. I got my $280.00 back. On 6/3, I learned from my bank that the Owner told my bank that I had received the merchandise from him and he had contacted me several times which he hadn't. 6/4/2013 with the bank on the phone I called the owner with the Bank on the phone and he stated "My lights were in from day one and he had to ay a restocking fee for my rims"...I asked him for his last name and he would not give that info, I asked him several times and he refused the information, and hung up. I called back several times after that and he would not answer. It has been brought to my attention that he has bad reviews on several advertising sites.The owner was friendly at first, then turned into some one else in the end being very rude and nasty. I made 2 purchases the lights on 5/1 for 280.00 and the rims 5/3 for 1762.00 6/4/2013, called 4 times to get the owners name, I was refused the last name. At this time I called Roanoke City Police and they told me to contact the Roanoke City and they could help me find the owners name.Desired Settlement: I want my $ 762.00 refunded to me asap, without having to pursue legal charges against the owner.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am not satisfied, no customer should have to deal with the rudeness of an OWNER of any business. The owner hung up on me several times and refused his name. There was no sign stating a restock fee. Even with disputing this matter with my credit card company he was cheating me out of money. Its ridiculos that I had to involve the Revdex.com and My Bank to get my money back. 2 months waiting for a refund. I am a single mother thats pregnant and could use my money that the Owner has withheld from me for 2 months. Im waiting for a refund as of today nothing has been refunded even though the owner says it has. Regards,[redacted]
