Powerhouse Auto

I purchase a camper from Powerhouse Auto the owner assured me that the camper did not have water damage upon receiving the camper and a further inspection of the camper does have water damage. Powerhouse owner stated that he would exchange camper for the price that I paid. Owner now refuses our agreement. All statements have been documented via text messaging.
