I purchased a used Kit Car from Mark with "Powerhouse auto LTD" I decided to do out of state business with him because he and his partner "Dave" are a car dealership I sent him the agreed upon amount of $10,for a "Vaydor" Kit car, on May 16, Mark agreed to ship the car to me included in this price I did receive the car and the title, however over a dozen parts are missing Mark informed me the shipper must have forgotten to take the parts with the car however he would ship them separately which he has informed me by email and many phone calls Now after four months I still do not have these unique parts for this car I can not do anything with this $10, project without these parts which go on every single surface of the vehicle, Ie front, rear, right side, left side, roof, rear upper, front lower, and along both sides of the windshield area This car is totally useless without these parts Mark and Dave are no longer answering my phone calls or emai

I bought a warranty with the vehicle and it is not in effect

I have bought a car through this company and got a warranty as wellSince them the car has had a couple issues and the warranty should have covered it and the man I got it from will not return my call or emails.and when I call the warranty comapay they say I'm not in the system

We purchased a truck from them on MOndayHe gave me the bill of sale and I gave him my checkHe was going to fix the brakes next day and then we would pick up truckAll week he avoided our calls and then when we got ahold of him he said he would not sell the truck to us, that we did not purchase itThe add for the truck said truck had been gone over and was ready to go, now he is saying there are too many issues wrong with the truckHe is lyingWe drove the truck and what he says is wrong with it is not trueWe know he has had a better offer on the truck and that is why he is backing out of our agreementHe has found someone to give him more money for the truck

issues that need followed up with. I was supposed to be registered in a warranty company with a warranty I paid for but no records were issued to the company which caused all issues had and the extra keys I was to receiveat time of purchase have never been issued

Please be advised that this truck had many more issues then what was found on it's original inspection.  This dealership elected to wholesale this truck to avoid any future issues or concerns with selling it.  It was not sold for more money like this consumer is suggesting nor was it sold...

to any public buyer. Thank you.

Please be advised this customers complaint was addressed weeks ago and should have been closed as resolved. Customers concerns were taken care and balance was paid for customer for repairs. Please contact customer to confirm. Thanks.

I am rejecting this response because:  This is not an answer to my complaint,  Obviously this was another complaint filed against the same business however they replied with the wrong answer to the wrong complaint.  I did not have anything to do with a TRUCK.  I paid $10,500 for a kit car and they have not sent me all of the parts.  They are not replying to my many calls and emails and I have a useless $10,500 project without these parts they will not send me inspite of emails telling me they will.  My next complaint will be with the state attorneys office.  This is how Car dealers in OHIO are allowed to run their business????
