Review: I had a verbal agreement for 16 personal training sessions at the cost of 40.00 per session with [redacted] of Powerhouse Gym. [redacted] did not offer a contract, but he did introduce me to the personal trainer [redacted], who met with me and developed a nutrition plan and we scheduled a workout schedule. I was able to complete 4 weeks (2x a week/Tuesdays and Thursdays ) with [redacted] for 4 weeks. I arrived at the front desk as usual one day to find that [redacted] no longer worked with the gym. I followed up with [redacted], who agreed to refund the payment balance of 320.00. Unfortunately, [redacted] has always been in a meeting when I arrive and ask for him or he has just gone for the day when I call. I have been more than patient regarding this matter since the trainer has been gone since May 2013. I set personal goals and I can't move on to secure another trainer until I have received my funds back for services not rendered.Desired Settlement: I would like the remaining balance refunded to my card. Total due $320.00

Review: on march 2014 , I called power house gym, because my 2 year contract was in the last month of the aggrement. I spoke to some one in charge and she told me that I couldn't break my contract over the phone. She want it me to go to the gym and talk to her Manager. At the time of the phone call, I wasn't around because I had some personal issues that I had to take care off. at the same time , I told her that I haven't attend the gym for over 18 month and I wasn't going back to speak to nobody. I fulfill my contract now is time to get off of it. She then say that she was going to speak to her manager and that someone will call me back. I call every month and every time I was given the run around. today july 9 , I spoke to a lady name [redacted] and she refuse to take me off the automatic payment because she want it me to go on front of her or send her an certify letter indicating my commitment of leaving the contract.. but the contract already expired since march... the discussion didn't go anywhere, she even made a remark if I was a stupid person that didn't comprehend. I felt very offended by the remarks and I hung up the phone. on march of this year my contract with power house became expired, their is no reason if I called 4 times for this company to keep charging my bank account for months of service that were not Authorize to be charge after the contract expired.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund me the 4 months that they took after my contract expired.
