Powerhouse Investment Group

Powerhouse Investment Group owns multiple homes in the Phoenix metro area. They are an F as far as maintenance of their properties. As a neighbor of 2 of their homes, they fail to pay attention to any HOA violations and currently have a caved in roof at a rental home which they have had a blue tarp installed on instead of fixing. For the past 2 months, our pool is full of blue tarp strands and the pool filter is full and ready to burn out. After countless complaints to the HOA, there seems to be no response. Our yards are full of blue tarp strands but Powerhouse does not live here and they have been negligent in regards to their tenant needs and the personal enjoyment of the neighboring properties. The City Zoning dept has been contacted Please be wary of renting or doing business with this company as they care nothing for others but only collecting rent.
