After dealing with many unhelpful agencies through our home warranty company for a water heater issue, I finally called Powerhouse PlumbersThey were able to have someone at my house in minutes They were quick and efficient, not to mention that Ricky was polite and knowledgeable Thank you for you excellent service!

While the work to repair water leak due to wear and tear was well done on Feb17, trying to get two invoices for separate parts of the service for other insurance providers has been a nightmare
On March 2, I spoke with *** who said she would email me the invoices (one for the entire job, one for tear out and carpet roll) I needed so that my 97-year-old father could get his $4,(yes, four thousand, five hundred) water bill adjusted and get reimbursement for part of the work covered by his homeowners ' insurance
When I didn't receive anything that day I called back the next day and left a voicemail to spell out my email address thinking they may have not gotten it rightI put their email address into my contact list, I check my email and spam folder two or three times daily, I also sent an email, but it bounced back as I was told their email address was [email protected]; not powerhouseplumber (NO S)Corrected their address in my contacts file
Finally after days, I contacted *** ***, the home warranty company which required us to use Powerhouse PlumbersThey put me on hold, called ***, came back and told me I should hear from her that dayNOTHING
Called *** *** the following day and went through the same thingThey did not speak directly to *** that day, but left a voice mailI also made another call to ***'s voicemail to be sure she had the correct spellingNOTHING
Resent email to proper addressFigured with my second email they could respond without possibly getting the wrong spelling on my email addressNOTHING
Finally sent a registered letter asking for the two receipts we need, included a self-addressed stamped envelope so it wouldn't cost them anything to respond and gave them a week to send it to usNOTHING
All my calls have been polite and professionalI'm considering our optionsAs a former newspaper reporter I know that good publicity is priceless, but no amount of money can repair bad publicity

I want to thank Powerhouse for being courteous and kind. Shawn was took the time to listen to me, I just lost my husband. I would recommend this company to everyone. My plumber was a great guy who came right when Shawn said he would. Thank you.
