Master and 2nd bath remodel start 4/5/1st day of demolition sub-contractor cut into waterline and it was running for min - he did not know how to turn it offThen he dragged both bathrooms cabinets down damaging wooden flooring and almost new wooden stair caseThen he dragged master bath mirror down and fell on stairs and caused even more damageOwner refused to claim his insurance, refused water mitigationGot my insurance to take over 1st day [redacted] sent water mitigationHad industrial fans and dehumidifier for weeksSub and travertine flooring in 2nd bath had to be removed/replacedPartial drywall on floor levels had to be replaced and paintedWooden stairs and wooden flooring partially replaced/repaired and floor levels sanded/stainedCompletion took forever tooWe had to live in our basement for month due to the destruction they causedOwner nickeled and dimed us tooSeemed to add extra for handle installs, grout, etc

From many personal experiences with [redacted] and his unethical business practices. I would never trust him with a single dollar or bolt. Avoid business with him at any and all costs.

Master and 2nd bath remodel start 4/5/2015. 1st day of demolition sub-contractor cut into waterline and it was running for 45 min - he did not know how to turn it off. Then he dragged both bathrooms cabinets down damaging wooden flooring and almost new wooden stair case. Then he dragged master bath mirror down and fell on stairs and caused even more damage. Owner refused to claim his insurance, refused water mitigation. Got my insurance to take over 1st day. [redacted] sent water mitigation. Had industrial fans and dehumidifier for weeks. Sub and travertine flooring in 2nd bath had to be removed/replaced. Partial drywall on 2 floor levels had to be replaced and painted. Wooden stairs and wooden flooring partially replaced/repaired and 2 floor levels sanded/stained. Completion took forever too. We had to live in our basement for month due to the destruction they caused. Owner nickeled and dimed us too. Seemed to add extra for handle installs, grout, etc.

Review: In December 2011 I brought in my Echo CS-3000 chain saw to your business to be serviced and repaired. I was called to say it was ready and picked up the chain saw on January 20, 2012 and paid the amount of $125.72 Several days later I returned the chain saw to your business as it was having the same problems and not working properly. In April 2012 (4 months later) I was called to say the chain saw was again repaired and was ready to pick up. When I got home I noticed that chain was dull, the housing was cracked and that this in fact was not even my chain saw. I took the chain saw back and told the owner that this was not my chainsaw and was told "oh I probably gave your chain saw to someone else but I will make it good and build you another one" It is now May 2013 and after many calls telling me " oh next week" etc I still have no chain saw.. This has been a stress full 18 months and I feel like a 71 year old man that has been taken advantage of.Desired Settlement: At this point I either want my ORIGINAL chain saw back or a refund of the $125.72 that I paid on January 20, 2012 so I can purchase a new one. I do not want to take action but will have no choice if this matter isn't settled Response is required within 10 days of receipt of this letter to avoid any legal action.
