I have spoken to the vendor and there were a total of missed appointments and het only charged for two of them, the first one he waivedHeth will not be paying for the missed appointment fees

I have spoken to the vendor and there were a total of 3 missed appointments and het only charged for two of them, the first one he waived. Heth will not be paying for the missed appointment fees.

I am rejecting this response because:For the two appointments:Appt. 1 - I called hours before the scheduled appointment and spoke with Heth maintanance dept. and cancelled the appointment.  I did not know who the contractor was so there was no way I could contact them.  I had no reason to think that speaking with Heth over the phone and canceling the appointment was insufficient.  I was not told Heth was going to ask the owner to pay a fee.  Heth charged a fee that should not have been charged, had the owner pay it, when the owner was unaware that the appt had been cancelled.  Heth should refund the fee to the owner.Appt. 2 - The contractor was aware that I would not be home from work until 2:30. I still have a hand written note from them saying they were here at 1:45.  If the contractor shows up at the wrong time, I should not have to pay the fee.  Heth charged the fee to the owner, who was unaware of the contractor showing up early.  Heth should refund the fee to the owner.

Unfortunately we do not own the property and  have to have owner approval on all repairs.  The owner of the property will not release the missed apt fee since he had to pay that.  I believe that we are still waiting on owner approval for the drawer glides (not broken just hard to open...

and close) and the replacement of the dishwasher.  Owner is refusing to pay to replace dishwasher until [redacted] pays the missed apt fee.
