payments were deducted from my account on 8/28/Also the settlement of a check by phone for $came out of my account on 8/31/made to grant mercantile for a settlement amountTransactions by SRMC came out in a bundle for different amounts because they couldn't not do one amount and had to close each individual accountThis was months ago and I'm not sure who I spoke toI know I spoke to a female at SRMCAlso grant mercintle had to call Sonora to speak to a manager for the settlement for my husband and I to be $I want to say I spoke to someone named Julie but I cannot be positivePlease pull up phone records for that day because we even joked about "it's not like I don't like you but it's nice to never have to talk to you again." In return I was told "after today you won't hear from us againHope you enjoy PA!"
