I wanted to let you know about our experiences with Eileen, whom we originally met at an open house in our neighborhood. At that time, which is almost two years ago, we immediately enjoyed our time with her.
We explained we were not serious about selling our existing home or purchasing a new home, but we were curious how our home compared to others in the area. Eileen provided us with some general market data, her thoughts and insights, and of course offered to help us find that “perfect home.” We did not pursue anything then.
In January of this past year, we ran into Eileen at another open house in Mequon, and she remembered us from our previous conversation. She picked up right where we left off a year before. She offered another market survey and to show us more homes. Though we were more open to looking at homes and potentially selling ours, we really were not what you would call “buyers.” Eileen and Susan, working together, actually found the “perfect home” we ended up buying. We had a great experience working with her so we asked her to sell our existing home, which turned out to be a more daunting task than we had imagined. Eileen never stopped bringing ideas, comparisons, stagers, etc. to help us get the house sold. We finally closed in December.
Helping us find, purchase and sell our homes was only part of what Eileen brought to us, though. Eileen helped us sell furniture and be there when it was picked-up; found a fair and honest plumber; collect roof estimates. Anytime something was needed she offered to coordinate it and be at the house for whatever was needed…anything!
We have bought and sold homes six (6) times in the past 24 years, and we have never had a realtor of Eileen’s character or servant’s heart. More amazingly, Eileen doesn’t even see it as going above and beyond. She truly is amazing!

We were very happy working with Gretchen [redacted] She spent a lot of time working with us and was very patient until we found the perfect house. When it was time to sell our previous home she took care of everything to help us sell the home.

Gretchen was really good at keeping us apprised of everything when we were selling our house. She also "fought" hard for us when something sticky came up. And Suzanne kept tabs on the whole process, too. She really wants her clients to be happy. They are a good team.

We worked with Sarah [redacted] with Powers Realty and had the best experience. We looked at many homes and she was always flexible with our schedule. She did everything for us she could and was always there for whatever we needed. Everyone knows VA loans can be tricky but we had the best agent that made it such an easy process. I highly recommend Powers Realty to anyone needing a home!
