On February 26, 2015 our company signed an agreement with P&S for collection services. They have not contacted us since.We have made numerous attempts to contact them. All numbers and extensions either ring busy or ring no answer. XXX-XXX-XXXX no answer. XXX-XXX-XXXX rings busy. XXX-XXX-XXXX auto attendant answers but rings no answer when you select operator or the extensions provided. I've called early in the late and mid-afternoon, same every time. I want to be released from the contract so a real collection agency can help us.Desired SettlementI want a letter from them releasing us from the contract. While I'm very dissatisfied with this company's service, I am satisfied the Revdex.com was able to assist me in receiving the release letter I requested.
