I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe reason I cannot continue to participate whir this sales training program is "affordability"I am not in the position to make payments I can't affordThis, I had explained to to Mr *** *** when he contacted me firstBut since Mr***' purpose is to close the sale within fifteen to thirty minutes on the phone, he uses a lot of charm, he makes you feel you are actually becoming part of his family providing personal touches, such as" I am call you from my house in Newport Beach"When I told him the incredible high payment of about $a month, I explained to him that I would have to consider eliminating another loan payment in order to do it, but I was largely ignoredMr ***' technique of overcoming objections is what makes him a salesman, except that my financial situation did not make any difference and that he must make the sale no matter what.
I am not disparaging the sales training materials, since I never opened the course, so I do not know the true value of the information providedAll I am asking is to let me out of a contract that is worth $8,000.00!!! of which I did not know until I requested Mr *** to let me outHe threaten me with legal action if I did not continue payingThis I consider rather immature and short sighted of him, please, I don't mean disrespectAccording to Mr ***, I am responsible for his business practice of selling the contract to financial company, I gatherThis practice is Mr *** business, not mine*** *** ***

liberal of any biding contract.  We allow our customers the opportunity to get out of the agreement if we have not increased their sales or for any reason whatsoever, provided they have used our training as agreed on.  It’s that simple. So, it sells itself. No high pressure sales techniques are needed. Here is our word-for-word, written guarantee straight out of our agreement, that every customer initials including this customer:   "Any time during the term of this agreement the undersigned shall be allowed out of the remaining term of the agreement for any reason including if the undersigned’s sales have not increased provided the undersigned has gone through all of the chapters contained in each month of content and pass each month three times within 30 days of when that content was released (monthly content is released every 30 days)."   Our customers sign the agreements in their own home, after having the opportunity to review them, not in front of our sales staff. Obviously he understood the terms. This is simply a situation where the customer only logged in our online system once and never even watched our online interactive sales training videos. You should be able to see this from two attachments we provided. We would love for this customer to use the system, he signed up for, so he can get the results the tens of thousands of other current customers are experiencing, which is probably why he signed up to begin with.
