[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This work order form certainly is the form that I filled out and sent to you along with the cylinder from my rm I would like to point out the fact that the email you sent me on May 3, that stated: "We received your rm cylinder todayPrice to plate and hone is $ We will supply you with a [redacted] piston kit, gaskets, and bearing." was sent to me after you reviewed the work order form There was no other cost stated or mentioned other than $189, which in the language we are exchanging communication in means that it will be $for the cylinder to be honed and plated, the [redacted] piston kit, gaskets, and the bearing You confirmed in the email, that you guys read the work order form I filled out and that I wanted my cylinder to be honed and plated and I wanted a [redacted] piston kit, gaskets, and the bearing and never stated that it would be any more than $ I still do not agree with where Powerseal USA is coming from and feel as if they mislead me on what the total cost would be considering the email stated $and the final charge was $ Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:This work order form certainly is the form that I filled out and sent to you along with the cylinder from my rm 125.  I would like to point out the fact that the email you sent me on May 3, 2017 that stated: "We received your rm 125 cylinder today. Price to plate and hone is $189.  We will supply you with a [redacted] piston kit, gaskets, and bearing."  was sent to me after you reviewed the work order form.  There was no other cost stated or mentioned other than $189, which in the language we are exchanging communication in means that it will be $189 for the cylinder to be honed and plated, the [redacted] piston kit, gaskets, and the bearing.  You confirmed in the email, that you guys read the work order form I filled out and that I wanted my cylinder to be honed and plated and I wanted a [redacted] piston kit, gaskets, and the bearing and never stated that it would be any more than $189.  I still do not agree with where Powerseal USA is coming from and feel as if they mislead me on what the total cost would be considering the email stated $189 and the final charge was $402.
