On 6/23/14, a powersecure employee crashed into my car while driving an [redacted] Rental. claim #XXXXXXXX. Powersecure had insurance coverage on it.I've sent emails, spoke with [redacted] in Human Resources who would only tell me that he notified their "safety division", and left voice mail to their general #XXX-XXX-XXXX. As of 7/14/14, I have still not been notified for a resolution. No one from Powersecure has returned my calls. Even the [redacted] Rental claim adjuster, [redacted] XXX-XXX-XXXX ext. [redacted] has attempted to contact as well. [redacted] Police Department [redacted] Tn: report #XXXXXXXXX shows the Powersecure employee at fault for failing to yield but Powersecure is refusing to contact me with the insurance information or contact number to file my claim to repair my vehicle.Desired SettlementI NEED THE INSURANCE PROVIDER PHONE NUMBER AND CLAIM NUMBER TO REPAIR DAMAGE TO MY INFINITI QX4, SPECIFICALLY THE DRIVER SIDE INCLUDING SIDE WINDOW, HEADLIGHT, WHEEL, TIRE, AND PAINT. ALL DAMAGE CAUSED BY VEHICLE OPERATED BY THEIR EMPLOYEE WITH [redacted] CO VERY ON THE RENTAL CAR.Business Response This is about the incident on June 23, 2014 with a rental car (Ford Fusion) and a personal vehicle (Infinity QX4). [redacted] Claim number is XXX-XXXX. I talked to [redacted], handler for [redacted] on this claim, and [redacted] stated that [redacted] has attempted to get the police report from [redacted] TN on the following dates; June 24, July 2 and July 16. That is what is tying the claim up. [redacted] stated that he will contact the owner of the Infinity and also will contact [redacted] the company that handles incidents for [redacted] Car Rental.I talked to [redacted], owner of the Infinity. We had a nice conversation about what is happening in the process of the claim. Mr. [redacted] has not heard from [redacted] as of the time we talked (20 minutes after I talked to [redacted] Mr. [redacted] stated that he has a police report and will fax to me this afternoon.I forwarded the police report to [redacted]Followed up with Mr. [redacted] about vehicle (phone call at 9:48 am on Tuesday August 5, 2014). Vehicle went into repair shop on July 29 and owner is waiting for vehicle. I asked if things moved along quickly after we talked, and Mr. [redacted] stated "yes they have". I thanked Mr. [redacted] for his time.
