This company is unprofessional and doesn't understand that if it wasn't for customers and the satisfaction of the customers the Reps. would not have a job and they would not be in business! BEWARE!

On 02/**/2015, the customer purchased a 4x6 area rug. On 02/**/2015 we shipped the same rug to her through [redacted] ground service. She then refused the delivery of the rug realizing she ordered the...

wrong size. Apparently she intended to purchase a larger rug. The rug was eventually received back at our returns department, even though it was returned without the required Return Authorization number. Upon the receipt and inspection of the Rug, a FULL refund in the amount of $38.10 was issued to [redacted] through [redacted] on 02/**/2015. (Since her original payment was made via [redacted]).

Revdex.com:actual receipt of refund is still pending, but I trust it would be made. seller should not have fraudulently kept the rug and my money in the first place. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

I purchased patio blinds on 2/28/19 for a new condo. After opening the package all of the blinds were broken at the bottom. Needless to say they now tell you all returns must be made within 14 days and we have to pay to return them. The blinds were only $78.84 but why should we lose our money and spend more money for new blinds? [redacted] WARNING [redacted] DO NOT ever purchase anything from this company. Also, I ordered them on Walmarts website and had no idea they were shipping from a third party company. This is VERY IRRITATING AND THE COMPANY IS A RIPOFF! K.Clark, Indianapolis, IN

Review: I ordered a rug from the seller who sells on [redacted] as ([redacted]). The rug I ordered was 5x7. however the seller has in 'fine prints' that the actual size of the rug is 4x6.

As soon as I noticed that I emailed the seller indicating that I take responsibility for the error but would refuse delivery.

I refused delivery but the seller refused to refund me any money.

Seller appears to also have an address at [redacted]

The rug was delivered by [redacted] to address [redacted] and received by the seller on 2/**/15 and signed by [redacted]

below is the email from the seller dated 2/**/15 stating their return policy

Hi and thanks so much for contacting me.

I'm so sorry to hear that you wish to return the rug. We do our best to present our rugs as accurately as possible but I certainly realize that it is difficult to make a selection when viewing an item on line. Please know the measurements of the rug were stated in bold in the description as 3'3" x 5'2".

Please know if you refuse the item, any fees we are assessed will be deducted from your refund as customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you would like to exchange the item, please contact us upon receiving the item and we will forward you the necessary return information.

Please also take a moment to read our return policy below:

?ALL RETURNS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE MERCHANDISE, AND THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS AND MUST OBTAIN AN RMA.
