Mr [redacted],I've tried to communicate with you regarding your purchase… However..apparently you have not listen to my side of the situation as a business man, unfortunately we never talked prior to your purchase which would've been a lot better however,I communicated only with your associate ( [redacted]...

) who representative you, because you could not speak English and you were too busy working he stated, which started back in April, with numerous conversations and emails.In the beginning of our communication in march he told me that you had all the funds to purchase in your bank account and there was absolutely no problem and then he came back and stated that you were going to have to make payments around $9000 a month, and that's what our agreement was based on monthly payments.However several months later he stated [redacted] representative, you had later a bad situation happening with the IRS they came in and took your money confiscated out of your bank account $50,000.00 because you owed the IRS.Months later I was told this, after we reached agreement in the beginning even though you started making considerable smaller payment of one payment of only $4000.00 in which was not agreed-upon and only one payment of $9000.00 a total of $13,000.00 ….you were supposed to make payments of approximately $9000 a month…. This was the agreement with a verbal agreement of at least $9000.00 a month. He ( [redacted] ) also said you were worried about the IRS... before the IRS apparently took your $50,0000.00 of your money according to his statement to me, however he told me you were going to be okay.Then He said you were negotiating with the bank and that you believe that the bank was going to finance you several more months went by no payments as agreed?... Not only verbally with the representative but it also with the agreement terms of sale written right on the invoice prior to purchase is final,  I adjusted invoice the seven boards and only two parts kits a total of $35,550.00, am was going to make you an official sales agent the requirements are much higher.Please understand as businessman after your two payments numerous months went by with the promise of catching up…….. I had no problem working with you overtime  since you had a personal Financial problems that came after our agreement, however you're not recognizing my side of the situation…. Prior to sale on the invoice clearly...the terms of sales and why …. there's no refunds  whatever personal problem they incur.I feel really bad for your Financial situation because of the IRS, until [redacted] I would be patient with you, then in July 10, 2016  4 months later …Then I was told it was the bad economy in Puerto Rico and that the bank would not finance you or and your investors would not invest with you …….I was absolutely shocked in regards to your position asking for a refund after all this time, then I explained to him my situation.I still said I would be patient and work with you overtime, however I recognize this as a final deal and I made that clear to him... And the terms of sale on the invoice are very clear…. Prior to your purchase of seven boards and 2 large part kits. …….And there being a considerable amount owed on this purchase with absolutely no refunds.You're not recognizing recognize the percentage of profit which was approximately $8000.00 ...that I  am entitled to by law in this transaction….. I told this to [redacted]  your representative….as a businessman I'm entitled too….which was written on the invoice terms of sale prior to your down payment's and also agreed upon verbally ….and I have a tight budget yes as a businessman ….I did purchase the one board right away and was waiting for the rest your funds as agreed upon on the invoice.below… And the China factory will not refund me... And there could be warehouse fees attached to that board for not completing the transaction as agreed-upon... Also you receive the discount based on the agreement per board $4500.00 however because the transaction has has not been completed on time... The price of the board's is now $5250.00 per board...I have tried to work something out even after you have made false statements to the public and Revdex.com... And threatening me... With a law suit that will cost you a lot of more money and you won't win… if you have money to an attorney why won't you finish your purchase that you agreed-upon??. The invoice is very clear…. You've also slandered me to a friend of mine and threatening me was slandered to other people surfers at Rincon in Puerto Rico already and I've had to explain my side to him in which he didn't know because you did not tell him he understood completely my position…on this purchase of yours even with false statements you've made to him.I told him I would supply you with one board and you can still become a sales agent and sell boards in Puerto Rico this has a value to you……… as a compromise realizing you lost your fund's to the IRS….. I told him normally to qualify for a sales agency you would have to purchase seven boards and 20 % in parts which is considerably more money then what you're original invoice stated back in March 17th 2016.You could sell three to 5 boards and easily see a profit I have $8000.00….. Set up a website you're representative said he could sell the board's easily... And that is what you wanted to begin with in all the negotiations is to become a sales agent?…... That's a lot easier than operating a rental site …..in which I told him… this is a significant compromise which you're not recognizing with the one board you can start a businessWhy would you want to get in business selling my boards and renting them ….and commit to the business for $35,550 to obtain the official right to sell the boards and put down a down payment of $13,000.00…. If you weren't confident of selling at least 20 or 30 or more boards???…. Something is not making sense to me I'm offering you a settlement where you could become a sales agent sell them officially in Puerto Rico like you wanted with far less money ?However you continue to claim false statements in regards to this transaction.. And threatened me with false slanderous Internet nonsense... Which I can encounter on these sites with the truth regarding the invoice with the terms of sales,and  in your personal financial problems with IRS problems if you insist to go that route the invoice clearly states you owe me.In fact I see that you have someone try to trick me was sending me another order… to buy three Jetboard's at first.. So I sent her an invoice with a time sensitive price within one week, she received a discount of $750.00,  at $4500 totally $13.500.00 not at my normal pricing  $5250.00 …..I thought it was another client... I didn't realize it was you …..because I receive so many emails... I can't remember sometimes everybody by name.Then she sent another  email me and asked me for an agreement on three boards...I told her the in a email I sent back to her you have the agreement is the terms of sale in all transactions on the invoice …. Then you sent me an email stating it was you and you wanted your $13,000 refunded… Which didn't even match her invoice with the same terms of sales?? Once again I'm sorry for your problems lets try to work this out…... One board from $5250.00 because of all of the delays and not living up to the agreement on the invoice….and I will cancel any warehouse fees that have incurred….. And I will make you an official sales agent in Puerto Rico... You can use it one board to show other customers set up a website using my copyrighted videos and pictures.Please note you wanted to become a sales agent and new the requirements to become a sales agent which you have seen and have been emailed to you are as follows purchase of seven boards and 20% In parts which is considerably more than your invoice of $35,550.00… You could take my compromise offer and becoming official sales agent which has considerable value to it…..set up a website using my copyrighted videos and pictures surely this is what you wanted to begin with that's why you agreed to purchase seven boards and two parts kits…? You could  sell 3 to 5 boards and make up the $8000 which was my profit on this transaction that I'm entitled to... It is not my fault that you had your IRS problems however. I'm trying to work this out so we can both move forward you could sell just 10 to 20 boards this next season like you originally planned with the far less investment…. However I'm willing to work with you in the spirit of a good relationship for the futureOr I could be patient and you can come up with the balance just have to give me some kind of reasonable time…? ...on the balance due on the invoice of dated April 17, 2017 # INV-[redacted]….Balance Due of $35,550.00….on seven boards and two large parts kits ….minus the $13,000 Down payment on the invoice…. The balance still owed is $22,550.00…only if we can reach an agreement . However unless we reach an settlement agreement soon that we both agree on …. Please note...the price of the boards will go up because of failure to complete the transaction on time as agreed with your monthly payments as stated above on the original price of $5250.00 per board or more and the warehouse fees for the one board which will be  $50 a day... From April 17 2016. Once again I'm sorry for your Financial problems with the IRS that came after our transaction….. lets try to work this out once again here's what I'm offering…… One board for my normal price $5250.00 and one large parts kit for $1920.00 = $7170.00 …..$5,830.00  this $2170.00 less than my original profit on the invoice that was agreed-upon ……..total paid $13,000.00….and I will cancel any warehouse fees that have incurred on the one board at $50.00 a day from April May June July August September October..totaling approximately  $7500.00….. And I will make you an official sales agent in Puerto Rico for one board only… You can use the one board to show other customers …...Plus you'll have the one large parts kit….and you can set up a website using my copyrighted videos and pictures and start selling boards like you originally planned you're still getting the wholesale price of $5250.00, [redacted] your representative said he could sell boards to lots of people.I hope that you can see that this is a good compromise to a potential settlement……. Review: They sold and are selling faulty water sport equipment I have tried for the pass 8 to 9 months to get them to honor their warranty and to ship me the rest of my order Which I NEVER received and I DON'T WANT IT NOW. I bought one of their jetboards and from the time I received it it never worked, according to there ad, AD stated that it can do up to 60 MPH on the water. Well mine and others with the same jetboard NEVER got anywhere near the speed, only MAYBE 5 MPH. We have been trying to get them to fix their problem and honor the warranty All I got from them was to replace some part and even the parts was wrong that they shipped me. I emailed them back and NEVER heard anything more from them. I have proof that it never worked as they claimed it dose Also have invoice from paypal and other invoice from another water sport rental company that bought 5 of themDesired Settlement: Plus shipping cost

Review: On Sept 23 2014 an order for a Jetboard was placed. Money was paid via wire transfer for the amount of $4,010 including wiring fees, to the name of Robert [redacted] Designs DBA, inventor/licensor of the Jetboard Technology. The money was wired to Farmers and Merchants Bank Long Beach, El Camino Real, San Clemente, California, 92673 , account# [redacted], route# [redacted] Client ID# [redacted]. The POC for the sale and transaction was Mrs. [redacted]. Transfer was confirmed complete on Sept 23 2014.

As of today, June22'15, nine months have past, numerous phone calls have been made on my behalf trying to find out the status of the board that I ordered under the impression that the item purchased should not had taken longer than 2 months to be in my possession.

The few times that I have manage to make contact with Ms [redacted] she had expressed to feel sorry for the delay. On one occasion I was told the delay was because of Mr. [redacted] being sick. A months later I was told there was a problem with some parts. Then I was told that they have not been able to contact me because they have been too busy. In other occasion I was told that the factory that made the carburetors was on strike.

I requested to get my money back because the order was not met on a reasonable time. However Ms Loreley said that the policy is not to give money back and to please allow few more weeks.. A month later said my board was ordered and should be on the process of being made. ( In the mean time I still get promotional emails for their 2015 board model advertising for its purchase when they have not been able to provide for a purchase I made 9 month ago). Weeks later I spoke with Mr [redacted] who asked me to be patient and said that he would get some boards within a week. Since then I still receive empty promises and not a sign that I would get the board I paid for. Last June 9th received a voice mail that the board was ready & I would receive details, but again nothing!Desired Settlement: I have been misled and given false hope and expectations. I have been asking for my money back in different occasions. I understand that due to their failure to deliver the product purchased and to the fact that I have been more than reasonable, allowing for them to come up with the product purchased only to get different excuses, I deserve a full expense refund.

Since the day of purchase I have kept evidence of days, emails, conversations and calls as supporting evidence which are too long to place in this limited space. It all appears as if they have been stalling and just feeding me empty hopes and now I no longer trust them nor their company thus nor their warranties.
