No problem - it appears the customer transposed a couple of numbers in the order number originally (instead of 090)

be doing business with this company again. It should not take 5 business days before a part gets shipped out. If it is not in stock they should say it in listing or not sell it. If they would have answered their phone or responded to emails this wouldn't have been necessary.

This customer returned this item used, scratched and no longer saleable. We gave the customer a 50% refund in a good faith gesture whereas our return policy states used items are not eligible for a refund whatsoever. That being said, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If the Revdex.com deems...

I'm not even sure who this customer is as this Amazon order is not one of our Amazon orders.
